How blessed and wonderful are the gifts of God! Life in immortality, splendor in righteousness, truth in frankness, faith in confidence, continence in holiness!
2And all these things fall under our understanding. What then are the things prepared for those who wait? The Creator and Father of the ages, the All-Holy, only he knows their greatness and beauty.
3Let us strive, therefore, to be found among those who wait for him, that we may share in the promises.
4And how shall this be? If our mind is fixed faithfully on God.
