Cancellation and refunds

Here, in plain language, is what happens when you want to stop paying or ask for your money back.

1. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel at any time, with no penalty and no justification:

• on the My account page, following the options of your subscription provider; or
• if the charge is from Mercado Pago, directly at mercadopago.com.br → Subscriptions; if it is from Stripe, through the subscription management indicated in My account; or
• by writing to pryvionstudio@gmail.com — we cancel for you within 2 business days.

Cancelling stops the next charges. Premium access keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid — there is no immediate cut-off and no pro-rata charge.

2. Withdrawal within 7 days — full refund

If you subscribed 7 calendar days ago or less, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount, for any reason, under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. Just ask by e-mail, stating the address used for the subscription. The refund is requested from the provider responsible for the charge within 2 business days. The time to receive it depends on the provider and the payment method; for Mercado Pago, it usually appears on the statement or in the account within 2 cycles.

3. After 7 days

Once the withdrawal period has passed, the amount for the current period is not refunded, because access has already been made available — but you cancel and are no longer charged. Even so, we refund in full when:

• there is a duplicate charge;
• a charge occurs after a cancellation has already been requested;
• the site is unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the paid cycle;
• there is a charge you do not recognize due to proven fraud.

4. An app subscription is somewhere else

If your subscription was made inside the app on Google Play, it does not go through us: cancellation and refund are handled by Google, at Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions. We cannot cancel or reverse charges made by Google, just as Google does not manage this site’s subscription.

5. How to ask

Write to pryvionstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Refund” and state the account e-mail and the date of the charge. We reply within 5 business days.
