Letter to the Corinthians
With this hope, therefore, let our souls be bound to him who is faithful in his promises and righteous in his judgments.
2He who commanded that we should not lie, much less will he himself lie. For nothing is impossible to God, except lying.
3Let faith in him be kindled in us and let us consider that all things are near to him.
4By the word of his majesty he established all things, and by the word he can destroy them.
