Since all things are seen and heard by him, let us fear him and abandon impure desires and evil works.
2That we may be protected by his mercy from the judgments to come.
3For where can anyone flee from him, or to what place can anyone escape from his power? For the scripture says somewhere: Where shall I go and where shall I hide from your presence?
4If I ascend to heaven, you are there; if I go to the ends of the earth, your right hand is there; if I settle in the abyss, your Spirit is there. Where, then, can anyone go?
