Psalms 151-155 2

Hymns of Qumran

Psalm 152 - Prayer of David when he fled from Absalom

2Lord, hear my prayer, give ear to my plea in the time of my anguish.

3My own son rose up against me, the one whom I loved with all my heart.

4But you, Lord, are my refuge, my fortress in the day of tribulation.

5Save me for the sake of your name, deliver me for the sake of your mercy.
