Wisdom of Faith

Mary continued and said: "My Lord, what is the judgment of the slanderer and of him who beareth false witness against his neighbour?"

2Jesus answered and said: "The slanderer and the false accuser, when their soul departeth from the body, the receivers of judgment take it and cast it into the fire-seas of Amente.

3"And they chastize it there with scourges of fire and boiling sulfur, because with its tongue it hath devised deceit and caused grief unto the righteous.

4"And when it hath completed its time, they cast it into a body that will be afflicted and despised among men."
