But of the other stones brought from the earth, some were rejected, others were placed in the building, and others were cut into pieces and thrown far from the tower.

2Many other stones lay around the tower and were not used for the construction; for some were stained, others had cracks.

3Others were too short, others were white and round and did not fit the construction.

4And I saw other stones being thrown far from the tower, falling on the path and not remaining on the path, but rolling off the path into an impassable place.
