This serves for my eternal salvation which is effected by your prayers and by the help of the Holy Spirit.
2For my life is in Christ and to die is gain.
3This his mercy wishes to do in you: that you may have the same love and remain united.
4Therefore, beloved, what you heard when I was among you, thus keep it.
5Act in the fear of God, and you will have in you life forever; for it is God who works in you.
6And do without hesitation what you ought to do.
7And finally, beloved, rejoice in Christ and beware of those who seek sordid profits.
