The Cross
That was the last day of the unleavened bread and many were departing back to their homes once the feast was ended.
2We, the twelve disciples of the Lord, wept and were hidden in affliction.
3Each one, aggrieved by what had happened, returned to his home.
4I, Simon Peter, for my part, and Andrew, my brother, took our nets and went to the sea, and Levi of Alphaeus came with us.
