LUX VERITAS

Apocrypha · Chapter 46 of 65

1 Clement 46

Letter to the Corinthians

To such excellent and holy examples, brethren, we also must join ourselves.

2For it is written: Join yourselves to the saints, because those who join themselves to them shall be sanctified.

3And again it says in another place: With the innocent you shall be innocent, and with the chosen chosen, and with the perverse you shall deal perversely.

4Let us join, therefore, with the innocent and righteous, for these are the elect of God.
