Reflection

Biblical history around 'The Temple of Jerusalem' shows how the Creator moves in the destiny of whole nations and in the lives of their kings and prophets. Reading these accounts, we see that a leader's rise or fall is bound to their obedience and humility before the Lord. History teaches that God does not necessarily look for the strongest or the most gifted in the eyes of men, but for those whose heart is wholly devoted to Him.

Prayer

Lord of History, search my heart and purify my intentions. May my obedience to you be sincere, and may I be an instrument of righteousness in your kingdom. Amen.
