LUX VERITAS

Apocrypha · Chapter 25 of 25

Protoevangelium of James 25

Infancy of Mary

And I, James, who wrote this story, when a great tumult arose in Jerusalem on the occasion of the death of Herod, withdrew to the desert until the commotion ceased, glorifying the Lord my God, who granted me the grace and wisdom necessary to compose this narrative.

2May grace be with all those who fear Our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom must be the glory for all ages of ages. Amen.
