Jesus said to the apostles: 'Wait for me in this place, because today a sacrifice is offered in paradise.'
2Bartholomew asked: 'What is the sacrifice that is offered today in paradise?'
3Jesus answered: 'The souls of the righteous, who have left the body, are going to enter Eden today.'
4'And, if I am not there present, they will not be able to enter.'
5Bartholomew continued: 'How many souls leave this world daily?'
6Jesus answered: 'Thirty thousand.'
7'And how many souls are born daily? One more than those that leave.'
