1Seis dias depois, Adão morreu; e Eva percebeu que também morreria, e reuniu todos os seus filhos

1Six days after, Adam died; and Eve perceived that she would die, (so) she assembled all her sons

2e filhas, Sete com trinta irmãos e trinta irmãs; e disse Eva a todos: 'Ouvi-me, meus filhos, e dir-vos-ei o que o arcanjo Miguel nos disse quando eu e vosso pai transgredimos o mandamento de Deus:

2and daughters, Seth with thirty brothers and thirty sisters, and Eve said to all, 'Hear me, my children, and I will tell you what the archangel Michael said to us when I and your father transgressed the command of God

3'Por causa de vossa transgressão, o nosso Senhor trará sobre a vossa raça a ira de Seu julgamento, primeiro pela água, da segunda vez pelo fogo; por estes dois julgará o Senhor toda a raça humana.'

3On account of your transgression, Our Lord will bring upon your race the anger of his judgement, first by water, the second time by fire; by these two, will the Lord judge the whole human race
