Salmos 145

1Eu te exaltarei, ó Deus, rei meu, e bendirei o teu nome pelos séculos dos séculos e para sempre.

1David's {Psalm} of praise.] I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever.

2Cada dia te bendirei, e louvarei o teu nome pelos séculos dos séculos e para sempre.

2Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

3Grande é o Senhor, e muito digno de louvor, e a sua grandeza inescrutável.

3Great {is} the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness {is} unsearchable. {and his...: Heb. and of his greatness there is no search}

4Uma geração louvará as tuas obras à outra geração, e anunciarão as tuas proezas.

4One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

5Falarei da magnificência gloriosa da tua majestade e das tuas obras maravilhosas.

5I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works. {works: Heb. things, or, words}

6E se falará da força dos teus feitos terríveis; e contarei a tua grandeza.

6And {men} shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness. {declare: Heb. declare it}

7Proferirão abundantemente a memória da tua grande bondade, e cantarão a tua justiça.

7They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.

8Piedoso e benigno é o Senhor, sofredor e de grande misericórdia.

8The LORD {is} gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. {of great...: Heb. great in mercy}

9O Senhor é bom para todos, e as suas misericórdias são sobre todas as suas obras.

9The LORD {is} good to all: and his tender mercies {are} over all his works.

10Todas as tuas obras te louvarão, ó Senhor, e os teus santos te bendirão.

10All thy works shall praise thee, O LORD; and thy saints shall bless thee.

11Falarão da glória do teu reino, e relatarão o teu poder,

11They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power;

12Para fazer saber aos filhos dos homens as tuas proezas e a glória da magnificência do teu reino.

12To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom.

13O teu reino é um reino eterno; o teu domínio dura em todas as gerações.

13Thy kingdom {is} an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion {endureth} throughout all generations. {an...: Heb. a kingdom of all ages}

14O Senhor sustenta a todos os que caem, e levanta a todos os abatidos.

14The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all {those that be} bowed down.

15Os olhos de todos esperam em ti, e lhes dás o seu mantimento a seu tempo.

15The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. {wait...: or, look unto}

16Abres a tua mão, e fartas os desejos de todos os viventes.

16Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

17Justo é o Senhor em todos os seus caminhos, e santo em todas as suas obras.

17The LORD {is} righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. {holy: or, merciful, or, bountiful}

18Perto está o Senhor de todos os que o invocam, de todos os que o invocam em verdade.

18The LORD {is} nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

19Ele cumprirá o desejo dos que o temem; ouvirá o seu clamor, e os salvará.

19He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

20O Senhor guarda a todos os que o amam; mas todos os ímpios serão destruídos.

20The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

21A minha boca falará o louvor do Senhor, e toda a carne louvará o seu santo nome pelos séculos dos séculos e para sempre.

21My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.
