1Tocai em Sião a trombeta de aviso dos santos; anunciai em Jerusalém as boas novas.

1Blow in Zion the trumpet of warning of the saints; announce in Jerusalem the good news.

2Esteja, ó Jerusalém, na altura, e veja: os teus filhos são congregados desde o Oriente e do Ocidente.

2Be, O Jerusalem, on the height, and see: your children are gathered from the East and the West.

3Do norte vêm, no regozijo de seu Deus; das ilhas distantes Deus os ajuntou.

3From the north they come, in the rejoicing of their God; from distant islands God gathered them.

4Humilhou a alta montanha pelo seu aplainamento; os montes desaparecerão.

4He humbled the high mountain by its leveling; the hills shall disappear.

5Os bosques os cobrirão com sua sombra.

5The forests shall cover them with their shade.

6Vestindo Jerusalém os ornamentos da tua glória, prepara o manto da tua santidade.

6Jerusalem putting on the ornaments of your glory, prepare the robe of your holiness.

7Fazendo o Senhor o que havia falado sobre Israel e Jerusalém.

7The Lord doing what he had spoken concerning Israel and Jerusalem.

8Do Senhor é a misericórdia sobre Israel para sempre.

8The mercy of the Lord is upon Israel forever.
