1Maria disse: "Senhor meu, como pode então a alma ser liberta do poder do espírito imitador e da servidão do Destino?"

1Mary said: "My Lord, how then can the soul be delivered from the power of the counterfeit spirit and from the bondage of Destiny?"

2Jesus respondeu: "Por meio dos mistérios da Luz o poder do Destino é quebrado, e a alma é liberta das amarras das estrelas.

2Jesus answered: "Through the mysteries of the Light the power of Destiny is broken, and the soul is set free from the bonds of the stars.

3"E quando a alma recebe o mistério do Inefável, o espírito imitador é cortado dela, e a alma resplandece como pura luz, intocada pelos governantes da matéria."

3"And when the soul receiveth the mystery of the Ineffable, the counterfeit spirit is severed from it, and the soul shineth as pure light, untouched by the rulers of matter."
