1Sei que o Senhor está sempre pronto para ajudar aqueles que se arrependem de todo o coração.

1I know that the Lord is always ready to help those who repent with all their heart.

2E eu me alegro grandemente por estes mandamentos que me foram dados.

2And I rejoice greatly for these commandments that were given to me.

3E os guardarei com todo o meu coração, e os transmitirei a todos os meus semelhantes.

3And I will keep them with all my heart, and I will transmit them to all my fellows.

4Porque sei que aquele que os guarda terá a vida eterna.

4Because I know that he who keeps them will have eternal life.
