Pastor de Hermas 17

1Mas recobrei os sentidos, lembrei-me da glória de Deus e tomei coragem. Ajoelhei-me e confessei novamente meus pecados ao Senhor, como fizera antes.

1But I recovered my senses, remembered the glory of God and took courage. I knelt down and confessed my sins again to the Lord, as I had done before.

2Então ela veio com seis jovens, os mesmos que eu vira antes, e ficou junto a mim e me ouviu orando e confessando meus pecados ao Senhor.

2Then she came with six young men, the same ones I had seen before, and stood beside me and heard me praying and confessing my sins to the Lord.

3E me tocando, disse: Hermas, para de fazer todos estes pedidos a respeito de teus pecados; roga também pela justiça, para que possas levar algo de seus frutos à tua família.

3And touching me, she said: Hermas, stop making all these requests regarding your sins; pray also for righteousness, so that you may take some of its fruits to your family.

4Então ela me levantou pela mão e me levou ao banco, e disse aos jovens: Ide e construí.

4Then she raised me by the hand and took me to the bench, and said to the young men: Go and build.
