1A alguns deles, isto é, aos anjos divinos da antiguidade, concedeu Ele domínio sobre a ordem da terra, e comissionou-os para que exercessem bem o seu governo. E logo em seguida diz ele: porém sucedeu que a sua ordenação redundou em nada.
