1Abri vossos corações à exaltação do Senhor.

1Open your hearts to the exultation of the Lord.

2E que vosso amor cresça do coração aos lábios.

2And let your love grow from the heart to the lips.

3Para produzir frutos ao Senhor, uma vida santa.

3To produce fruits to the Lord, a holy life.

4E para falar com vigilância em sua luz.

4And to speak with watchfulness in his light.

5Levantai-vos e permanecei de pé, vós que estivestes humilhados.

5Arise and stand, you who were brought low.

6Vós que estivestes em silêncio, falai, pois vossa boca foi aberta.

6You who were in silence, speak, for your mouth has been opened.

7Vós que fostes desprezados, agora sede levantados, pois vossa justiça foi levantada.

7You who were despised, now be lifted up, for your righteousness has been raised.

8Porque a destra do Senhor está convosco, e ele é vosso ajudador.

8For the right hand of the Lord is with you, and he is your helper.
