Odes de Salomão 41

1Que todos os bebês do Senhor o louvem, e recebamos a verdade de sua fé.

1Let all the babes of the Lord praise him, and let us receive the truth of his faith.

2E seus filhos serão reconhecidos por ele, portanto cantemos pelo seu amor.

2And his children shall be recognized by him, therefore let us sing by his love.

3Vivemos no Senhor por sua graça, e vida recebemos por seu Messias.

3We live in the Lord by his grace, and life we receive by his Messiah.

4Pois um grande dia brilhou sobre nós, e maravilhoso é aquele que nos deu de sua glória.

4For a great day shone upon us, and wonderful is he who gave us of his glory.

5Concordemos, portanto, todos nós no nome do Senhor, e honremo-lo em sua bondade.

5Let us therefore all agree in the name of the Lord, and let us honor him in his goodness.

6E que nossas faces brilhem em sua luz, e que nossos corações meditem em seu amor, de noite e de dia.

6And let our faces shine in his light, and let our hearts meditate in his love, by night and by day.

7Exultemos com a exultação do Senhor.

7Let us exult with the exultation of the Lord.

8Todos aqueles que me veem ficarão maravilhados, porque sou de outra raça.

8All those who see me will be astonished, because I am from another race.

9Pois o Pai da Verdade lembrou-se de mim; aquele que me possuiu desde o início.

9For the Father of Truth remembered me; he who possessed me from the beginning.

10Pois suas riquezas me geraram, e o pensamento de seu coração.

10For his riches begot me, and the thought of his heart.

11E sua Palavra está conosco em todo o nosso caminho, o Salvador que dá vida e não nos rejeita.

11And his Word is with us in all our way, the Savior who gives life and does not reject us.

12O Homem que se humilhou, mas foi exaltado por causa de sua própria justiça.

12The Man who humbled himself, but was exalted because of his own righteousness.

13O Filho do Altíssimo apareceu na perfeição de seu Pai.

13The Son of the Most High appeared in the perfection of his Father.

14E a luz raiou da Palavra que estava antes do tempo nele.

14And light dawned from the Word that was beforehand in him.

15O Messias em verdade é um. E ele era conhecido antes das fundações do mundo, para que pudesse dar vida a pessoas para sempre pela verdade de seu nome.

15The Messiah in truth is one. And he was known before the foundations of the world, that he might give life to persons forever by the truth of his name.

16Um novo canto é para o Senhor daqueles que o amam. Aleluia.

16A new song is for the Lord from those who love him. Hallelujah.
