Odes de Salomão 36

1Descansei no Espírito do Senhor, e Ela me levantou ao céu;

1I rested on the Spirit of the Lord, and She lifted me up to heaven;

2E me fez ficar de pé nos lugares altos do Senhor, diante de sua perfeição e sua glória, onde continuei glorificando-o pela composição de suas Odes.

2And made me stand in the high places of the Lord, before his perfection and his glory, where I continued glorifying him by the composition of his Odes.

3O Espírito me trouxe diante da face do Senhor, e porque eu era o Filho do Homem, fui chamado a Luz, o Filho de Deus;

3The Spirit brought me before the face of the Lord, and because I was the Son of Man, I was named the Light, the Son of God;

4Porque eu era o mais glorificado entre os gloriosos, e o maior entre os grandes.

4Because I was the most glorified among the glorious, and the greatest among the great.

5Pois de acordo com a grandeza do Altíssimo, assim Ela me fez; e de acordo com sua novidade Ele me renovou.

5For according to the greatness of the Most High, so She made me; and according to his newness He renewed me.

6E ele me ungiu com sua perfeição; e tornei-me um daqueles que estão perto dele.

6And he anointed me with his perfection; and I became one of those who are near him.

7E minha boca foi aberta como uma nuvem de orvalho, e meu coração jorrou como um gêiser de justiça.

7And my mouth was opened like a cloud of dew, and my heart gushed forth like a geyser of righteousness.

8E minha abordagem foi em paz, e fui estabelecido no Espírito da Providência. Aleluia.

8And my approach was in peace, and I was established in the Spirit of Providence. Hallelujah.
