Livro de Jasher 83

1E no décimo segundo mês, no vigésimo terceiro dia do mês, Moisés tomou Arão e seus filhos, e os vestiu com suas vestes, e os ungiu e fez-lhes como o Senhor lhe ordenara, e Moisés trouxe todas as ofertas que o Senhor lhe ordenara naquele dia.

1And in the twelfth month, in the twenty-third day of the month, Moses took Aaron and his sons, and he dressed them in their garments, and anointed them and did unto them as the Lord had commanded him, and Moses brought up all the offerings which the Lord had on that day commanded him.

2Depois Moisés tomou Arão e seus filhos e disse-lhes: Ficareis sete dias à porta do tabernáculo, porque assim me foi ordenado.

2Moses afterward took Aaron and his sons and said to them, For seven days shall you remain at the door of the tabernacle, for thus am I commanded.

3E Arão e seus filhos fizeram tudo o que o Senhor lhes ordenara por meio de Moisés, e permaneceram sete dias à porta do tabernáculo.

3And Aaron and his sons did all that the Lord had commanded them through Moses, and they remained for seven days at the door of the tabernacle.

4E no oitavo dia, sendo o primeiro dia do primeiro mês, no segundo ano desde a saída dos israelitas do Egito, Moisés ergueu o santuário, e Moisés colocou todos os móveis do tabernáculo e todos os móveis do santuário, e ele fez tudo o que o Senhor lhe havia ordenado.

4And on the eighth day, being the first day of the first month, in the second year from the Israelites' departure from Egypt, Moses erected the sanctuary, and Moses put up all the furniture of the tabernacle and all the furniture of the sanctuary, and he did all that the Lord had commanded him.

5E Moisés chamou Arão e seus filhos, e eles trouxeram o holocausto e a oferta pelo pecado para si e para os filhos de Israel, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.

5And Moses called to Aaron and his sons, and they brought the burnt offering and the sin offering for themselves and the children of Israel, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

6Naquele dia, os dois filhos de Arão, Nadabe e Abiú, pegaram fogo estranho e o trouxeram perante o Senhor que não os havia ordenado, e um fogo saiu de diante do Senhor e os consumiu, e eles morreram diante do Senhor naquele dia.

6On that day the two sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, took strange fire and brought it before the Lord who had not commanded them, and a fire went forth from before the Lord, and consumed them, and they died before the Lord on that day.

7Então, no dia em que Moisés terminou a construção do santuário, os príncipes dos filhos de Israel começaram a trazer as suas ofertas perante o Senhor para a dedicação do altar.

7Then on the day when Moses had completed to erect the sanctuary, the princes of the children of Israel began to bring their offerings before the Lord for the dedication of the altar.

8E trouxeram suas ofertas cada príncipe por um dia, um príncipe por dia durante doze dias.

8And they brought up their offerings each prince for one day, a prince each day for twelve days.

9E todas as ofertas que trouxeram, cada um no seu dia, uma travessa de prata de cento e trinta siclos, uma tigela de prata de setenta siclos segundo o siclo do santuário, ambos cheios de farinha fina misturada com azeite, para oferta de cereais.

9And all the offerings which they brought, each man in his day, one silver charger weighing one hundred and thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels after the shekel of the sanctuary, both of them full of fine flour, mingled with oil for a meat offering.

10Uma colher, pesando dez siclos de ouro, cheia de incenso.

10One spoon, weighing ten shekels of gold, full of incense.

11Um novilho, um carneiro, um cordeiro de um ano para holocausto.

11One young bullock, one ram, one lamb of the first year for a burnt offering.

12E um cabritinho como oferta pelo pecado.

12And one kid of the goats for a sin offering.

13E para sacrifício de oferta pacífica, dois bois, cinco carneiros, cinco bodes, cinco cordeiros de um ano.

13And for a sacrifice of peace offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five lambs of a year old.

14Assim faziam os doze príncipes de Israel, dia após dia, cada homem no seu dia.

14Thus did the twelve princes of Israel day by day, each man in his day.

15E foi depois disso, no décimo terceiro dia do mês, que Moisés ordenou aos filhos de Israel que celebrassem a Páscoa.

15And it was after this, in the thirteenth day of the month, that Moses commanded the children of Israel to observe the Passover.

16E os filhos de Israel celebraram a Páscoa no seu tempo, aos catorze dias do mês, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés, assim fizeram os filhos de Israel.

16And the children of Israel kept the Passover in its season in the fourteenth day of the month, as the Lord had commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.

17E no segundo mês, no primeiro dia dele, o Senhor falou a Moisés, dizendo:

17And in the second month, on the first day thereof, the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,

18Conta os cabeças de todos os homens dos filhos de Israel, de vinte anos para cima, tu e teu irmão Arão e os doze príncipes de Israel.

18Number the heads of all the males of the children of Israel from twenty years old and upward, thou and thy brother Aaron and the twelve princes of Israel.

19E Moisés fez assim, e Arão veio com os doze príncipes de Israel, e eles contaram os filhos de Israel no deserto do Sinai.

19And Moses did so, and Aaron came with the twelve princes of Israel, and they numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.

20E o número dos filhos de Israel, pelas casas de seus pais, de vinte anos para cima, foi seiscentos e três mil quinhentos e cinqüenta.

20And the numbers of the children of Israel by the houses of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, were six hundred and three thousand, five hundred and fifty.

21Mas os filhos de Levi não foram contados entre os seus irmãos, os filhos de Israel.

21But the children of Levi were not numbered amongst their brethren the children of Israel.

22E o número de todos os homens dos filhos de Israel, da idade de um mês para cima, foi de vinte e dois mil duzentos e setenta e três.

22And the number of all the males of the children of Israel from one month old and upward, was twenty-two thousand, two hundred and seventy-three.

23E o número dos filhos de Levi, de um mês para cima, foi de vinte e dois mil.

23And the number of the children of Levi from one month old and above, was twenty-two thousand.

24E Moisés colocou os sacerdotes e os levitas, cada um ao seu serviço e ao seu encargo, para servirem o santuário do tabernáculo, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.

24And Moses placed the priests and the Levites each man to his service and to his burden to serve the sanctuary of the tabernacle, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

25E no vigésimo dia do mês, a nuvem foi retirada do tabernáculo do testemunho.

25And on the twentieth day of the month, the cloud was taken away from the tabernacle of testimony.

26Naquele tempo, os filhos de Israel continuaram sua jornada desde o deserto do Sinai e fizeram uma viagem de três dias, e a nuvem pousou sobre o deserto de Parã; ali se acendeu a ira do Senhor contra Israel, porque provocaram o Senhor, pedindo-lhe carne para comer.

26At that time the children of Israel continued their journey from the wilderness of Sinai, and they took a journey of three days, and the cloud rested upon the wilderness of Paran; there the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, for they had provoked the Lord in asking him for meat, that they might eat.

27E o Senhor ouviu a sua voz e deu-lhes comida, que comeram durante um mês.

27And the Lord hearkened to their voice, and gave them meat which they ate for one month.

28Mas depois disso a ira do Senhor se acendeu contra eles, e ele os feriu com grande matança, e eles foram sepultados ali naquele lugar.

28But after this the anger of the Lord was kindled against them, and he smote them with a great slaughter, and they were buried there in that place.

29E os filhos de Israel chamaram aquele lugar de Kebroth Hattaavah, porque ali enterraram o povo que desejava a carne.

29And the children of Israel called that place Kebroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people that lusted flesh.

30E eles partiram de Kebroth Hattaavah e acamparam-se em Hazeroth, que está no deserto de Parã.

30And they departed from Kebroth Hattaavah and pitched in Hazeroth, which is in the wilderness of Paran.

31E enquanto os filhos de Israel estavam em Hazeroth, a ira do Senhor se acendeu contra Miriã por causa de Moisés, e ela ficou leprosa, branca como a neve.

31And whilst the children of Israel were in Hazeroth, the anger of the Lord was kindled against Miriam on account of Moses, and she became leprous, white as snow.

32E ela ficou sete dias confinada fora do acampamento, até que foi novamente recebida depois da lepra.

32And she was confined without the camp for seven days, until she had been received again after her leprosy.

33Depois os filhos de Israel partiram de Hazerote e acamparam-se no extremo do deserto de Parã.

33The children of Israel afterward departed from Hazeroth, and pitched in the end of the wilderness of Paran.

34Naquele tempo, o Senhor disse a Moisés para enviar doze homens dos filhos de Israel, um homem por tribo, para explorar a terra de Canaã.

34At that time, the Lord spoke to Moses to send twelve men from the children of Israel, one man to a tribe, to go and explore the land of Canaan.

35E Moisés enviou os doze homens, e eles vieram à terra de Canaã para procurá-la e examiná-la, e exploraram toda a terra desde o deserto de Sin até Recob, quando você chega a Chamoth.

35And Moses sent the twelve men, and they came to the land of Canaan to search and examine it, and they explored the whole land from the wilderness of Sin to Rechob as thou comest to Chamoth.

36E no final de quarenta dias eles vieram a Moisés e Arão, e trouxeram-lhe a palavra como estava em seus corações, e dez dos homens trouxeram um mau relatório aos filhos de Israel, da terra que eles haviam explorado, dizendo: É melhor para nós voltarmos ao Egito do que irmos para esta terra, uma terra que consome seus habitantes.

36And at the end of forty days they came to Moses and Aaron, and they brought him word as it was in their hearts, and ten of the men brought up an evil report to the children of Israel, of the land which they had explored, saying, It is better for us to return to Egypt than to go to this land, a land that consumes its inhabitants.

37Mas Josué, filho de Num, e Calebe, filho de Jefoné, que eram dos que exploraram a terra, disseram: A terra é muitíssimo boa.

37But Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephuneh, who were of those that explored the land, said, The land is exceedingly good.

38Se o Senhor se agradar de nós, então ele nos trará a esta terra e no-la dará, pois é uma terra que mana leite e mel.

38If the Lord delight in us, then he will bring us to this land and give it to us, for it is a land flowing with milk and honey.

39Mas os filhos de Israel não lhes deram ouvidos e deram ouvidos às palavras dos dez homens que trouxeram más notícias sobre a terra.

39But the children of Israel would not hearken to them, and they hearkened to the words of the ten men who had brought up an evil report of the land.

40E o Senhor ouviu as murmurações dos filhos de Israel e irou-se e jurou, dizendo:

40And the Lord heard the murmurings of the children of Israel and he was angry and swore, saying,

41Certamente nenhum homem desta geração ímpia verá a terra de vinte anos para cima, exceto Calebe, filho de Jefoné, e Josué, filho de Num.

41Surely not one man of this wicked generation shall see the land from twenty years old and upward excepting Caleb the son of Jephuneh and Joshua the son of Nun.

42Mas certamente esta geração iníqua perecerá neste deserto, e seus filhos virão para a terra e a possuirão; então a ira do Senhor se acendeu contra Israel, e ele os fez vagar pelo deserto por quarenta anos, até o fim daquela geração perversa, porque eles não seguiram o Senhor.

42But surely this wicked generation shall perish in this wilderness, and their children shall come to the land and they shall possess it; so the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness for forty years until the end of that wicked generation, because they did not follow the Lord.

43E o povo habitou no deserto de Parã por muito tempo, e depois seguiram para o deserto pelo caminho do Mar Vermelho.

43And the people dwelt in the wilderness of Paran a long time, and they afterward proceeded to the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
