Levítico 25

1Falou mais o SENHOR a Moisés no monte Sinai, dizendo:

1And the LORD spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

2Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando tiverdes entrado na terra, que eu vos dou, então a terra descansará um sábado ao Senhor.

2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto the LORD. {keep: Heb. rest}

3Seis anos semearás a tua terra, e seis anos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás os seus frutos;

3Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

4Porém ao sétimo ano haverá sábado de descanso para a terra, um sábado ao Senhor; não semearás o teu campo nem podarás a tua vinha.

4But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

5O que nascer de si mesmo da tua sega, não colherás, e as uvas da tua separação não vindimarás; ano de descanso será para a terra.

5That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: {for} it is a year of rest unto the land. {of thy vine...: Heb. of thy separation}

6Mas os frutos do sábado da terra vos serão por alimento, a ti, e ao teu servo, e à tua serva, e ao teu diarista, e ao estrangeiro que peregrina contigo;

6And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,

7E ao teu gado, e aos teus animais, que estão na tua terra, todo o seu produto será por mantimento.

7And for thy cattle, and for the beast that {are} in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

8Também contarás sete semanas de anos, sete vezes sete anos; de maneira que os dias das sete semanas de anos te serão quarenta e nove anos.

8And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

9Então no mês sétimo, aos dez do mês, farás passar a trombeta do jubileu; no dia da expiação fareis passar a trombeta por toda a vossa terra,

9Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth {day} of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. {of the jubile: Heb. loud of sound}

10E santificareis o ano qüinquagésimo, e apregoareis liberdade na terra a todos os seus moradores; ano de jubileu vos será, e tornareis, cada um à sua possessão, e cada um à sua família.

10And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout {all} the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

11O ano qüinquagésimo vos será jubileu; não semeareis nem colhereis o que nele nascer de si mesmo, nem nele vindimareis as uvas das separações,

11A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather {the grapes} in it of thy vine undressed.

12Porque jubileu é, santo será para vós; a novidade do campo comereis.

12For it {is} the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

13Neste ano do jubileu tornareis cada um à sua possessão.

13In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

14E quando venderdes alguma coisa ao vosso próximo, ou a comprardes da mão do vosso próximo, ninguém engane a seu irmão;

14And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest {ought} of thy neighbour's hand, ye shall not oppress one another:

15Conforme ao número dos anos, desde o jubileu, comprarás ao teu próximo; e conforme o número dos anos das colheitas, ele a venderá a ti.

15According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, {and} according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:

16Conforme se multipliquem os anos, aumentarás o seu preço, e conforme à diminuição dos anos abaixarás o seu preço; porque conforme o número das colheitas é que ele te vende.

16According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for {according} to the number {of the years} of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.

17Ninguém, pois, engane ao seu próximo; mas terás temor do teu Deus; porque eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.

17Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I {am} the LORD your God.

18E observareis os meus estatutos, e guardareis os meus juízos, e os cumprireis; assim habitareis seguros na terra.

18Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.

19E a terra dará o seu fruto, e comereis a fartar, e nela habitareis seguros.

19And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

20E se disserdes: Que comeremos no ano sétimo? eis que não havemos de semear nem fazer a nossa colheita;

20And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:

21Então eu mandarei a minha bênção sobre vós no sexto ano, para que dê fruto por três anos,

21Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

22E no oitavo ano semeareis, e comereis da colheita velha até ao ano nono; até que venha a nova colheita, comereis a velha.

22And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat {yet} of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat {of} the old {store}.

23Também a terra não se venderá em perpetuidade, porque a terra é minha; pois vós sois estrangeiros e peregrinos comigo.

23The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land {is} mine; for ye {are} strangers and sojourners with me. {for ever: or, to be quite cut off: Heb. for cutting off}

24Portanto em toda a terra da vossa possessão dareis resgate à terra.

24And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

25Quando teu irmão empobrecer e vender alguma parte da sua possessão, então virá o seu resgatador, seu parente, e resgatará o que vendeu seu irmão.

25If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away {some} of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

26E se alguém não tiver resgatador, porém conseguir o suficiente para o seu resgate,

26And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it; {himself...: Heb. his hand hath attained and found sufficiency}

27Então contará os anos desde a sua venda, e o que ficar restituirá ao homem a quem a vendeu, e tornará à sua possessão.

27Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

28Mas se não conseguir o suficiente para restituir-lha, então a que foi vendida ficará na mão do comprador até ao ano do jubileu; porém no ano do jubileu sairá, e ele tornará à sua possessão.

28But if he be not able to restore {it} to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

29E, quando alguém vender uma casa de moradia em cidade murada, então poderá resgatá-la até que se cumpra o ano da sua venda; durante um ano inteiro será lícito o seu resgate.

29And if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; {within} a full year may he redeem it.

30Mas, se, cumprindo-se-lhe um ano inteiro, ainda não for resgatada, então a casa, que estiver na cidade que tem muro, em perpetuidade ficará ao que a comprou, pelas suas gerações; não sairá no jubileu.

30And if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that {is} in the walled city shall be established for ever to him that bought it throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubile.

31Mas as casas das aldeias que não têm muro ao redor, serão estimadas como o campo da terra; para elas haverá resgate, e sairão no jubileu.

31But the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be counted as the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubile. {they may...: Heb. redemption belongeth unto it}

32Mas, no tocante às cidades dos levitas, às casas das cidades da sua possessão, direito perpétuo de resgate terão os levitas.

32Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, {and} the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

33E se alguém comprar dos levitas, uma casa, a casa comprada e a cidade da sua possessão sairão do poder do comprador no jubileu; porque as casas das cidades dos levitas são a sua possessão no meio dos filhos de Israel.

33And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in {the year of} jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites {are} their possession among the children of Israel. {a man...: or, one of the Levites redeem them}

34Mas o campo do arrabalde das suas cidades não se venderá, porque lhes é possessão perpétua.

34But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it {is} their perpetual possession.

35E, quando teu irmão empobrecer, e as suas forças decaírem, então sustentá-lo-ás, como estrangeiro e peregrino viverá contigo.

35And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: {yea, though he be} a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee. {fallen...: Heb. his hand faileth} {relieve: Heb. strengthen}

36Não tomarás dele juros, nem ganho; mas do teu Deus terás temor, para que teu irmão viva contigo.

36Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

37Não lhe darás teu dinheiro com usura, nem darás do teu alimento por interesse.

37Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

38Eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito, para vos dar a terra de Canaã, para ser vosso Deus.

38I {am} the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, {and} to be your God.

39Quando também teu irmão empobrecer, estando ele contigo, e vender-se a ti, não o farás servir como escravo.

39And if thy brother {that dwelleth} by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant: {compel...: Heb. serve thyself with him with the service, etc}

40Como diarista, como peregrino estará contigo; até ao ano do jubileu te servirá;

40{But} as an hired servant, {and} as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, {and} shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:

41Então sairá do teu serviço, ele e seus filhos com ele, e tornará à sua família e à possessão de seus pais.

41And {then} shall he depart from thee, {both} he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

42Porque são meus servos, que tirei da terra do Egito; não serão vendidos como se vendem os escravos.

42For they {are} my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen. {as...: Heb. with the sale of a bondman}

43Não te assenhorearás dele com rigor, mas do teu Deus terás temor.

43Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.

44E quanto a teu escravo ou a tua escrava que tiveres, serão das nações que estão ao redor de vós; deles comprareis escravos e escravas.

44Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, {shall be} of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.

45Também os comprareis dos filhos dos forasteiros que peregrinam entre vós, deles e das suas famílias que estiverem convosco, que tiverem gerado na vossa terra; e vos serão por possessão.

45Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that {are} with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.

46E possuí-los-eis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, para herdarem a possessão; perpetuamente os fareis servir; mas sobre vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel, não vos assenhoreareis com rigor, uns sobre os outros.

46And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit {them for} a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour. {they...: Heb. ye shall serve yourselves with them}

47E se o estrangeiro ou peregrino que está contigo alcançar riqueza, e teu irmão, que está com ele, empobrecer, e vender-se ao estrangeiro ou peregrino que está contigo, ou a alguém da família do estrangeiro,

47And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother {that dwelleth} by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger {or} sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family: {wax rich...: Heb. his hand obtain, etc}

48Depois que se houver vendido, haverá resgate para ele; um de seus irmãos o poderá resgatar;

48After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:

49Ou seu tio, ou o filho de seu tio o poderá resgatar; ou um dos seus parentes, da sua família, o poderá resgatar; ou, se alcançar riqueza, se resgatará a si mesmo.

49Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or {any} that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.

50E acertará com aquele que o comprou, desde o ano que se vendeu a ele até ao ano do jubileu, e o preço da sua venda será conforme o número dos anos; conforme os dias de um diarista estará com ele.

50And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.

51Se ainda faltarem muitos anos, conforme a eles restituirá, para seu resgate, parte do dinheiro pelo qual foi vendido,

51If {there be} yet many years {behind}, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

52E se ainda restarem poucos anos até ao ano do jubileu, então fará contas com ele; segundo os seus anos restituirá o seu resgate.

52And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, {and} according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.

53Como diarista, de ano em ano, estará com ele; não se assenhoreará sobre ele com rigor diante dos teus olhos.

53{And} as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: {and the other} shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight.

54E, se desta sorte não se resgatar, sairá no ano do jubileu, ele e seus filhos com ele.

54And if he be not redeemed in these {years}, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, {both} he, and his children with him. {in these...: or, by these means}

55Porque os filhos de Israel me são servos; meus servos são eles, que tirei da terra do Egito. Eu sou o Senhor vosso Deus.

55For unto me the children of Israel {are} servants; they {are} my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I {am} the LORD your God.
