Jubileus 30

1E no primeiro ano da sexta semana ele subiu para Salem, para o leste de Siquém, em paz, no quarto mês.

1And in the first year of the sixth week he went up to Salem, to the east of Shechem, in peace, in the fourth month.

2E lá eles levaram Diná, a filha de Jacó, para a casa de Siquém, os filhos de Hemor, o Hivita, o príncipe da terra, e ele se deitou com ela e a contaminou , e ela era uma garotinha, uma criança de doze anos.

2And there they carried off Dinah, the daughter of Jacob, into the house of Shechem, the son of Hamor, the Hivite, the prince of the land, and he lay with her and defiled her,

3E ele rogava a seu pai e seus irmão para que ela pudesse ser lhe dada por esposa. E Jacó e seus filhos ficaram irados por causa do homem de Siquém, porque ele havia contaminado Diná, irmã deles, e eles falaram com eles com má intenção e fizeram um acordo enganoso e os enganaram.

3and she was a little girl, a child of twelve years.<br>And he besought his father and her brothers that she might be given to him to wife.

4E Simeão e Levi vieram inesperadamente a Siquém e executaram julgamento sobre todos os homens de Siquém, e mataram todos os homens que eles encontraram, e não deixaram nem sequer um restante. Eles mataram todos em tormentos porque eles haviam desonrado sua irmã Diná.

4And Jacob and his sons were wroth because of the men of Shechem; for they had defiled Dinah, their sister, and they spake to them with evil intent and dealt deceitfully with them and beguiled them.

5E que nunca mais se faça que uma filha de Israel seja contaminada ; Porque juízo está ordenado no céu contra aquele, que eles destruam com a espada todos os homens dos Siquemitas porque eles trouxeram vergonha para Israel.

5And Simeon and Levi came unexpectedly to Shechem and executed judgment on all the men of Shechem, and slew all the men whom they found in it, and left not a single one remaining in it:

6E o Senhor os entregou nas mãos dos filhos de Jacó para que eles os exterminassem com a espada e executassem julgamento sobre eles, e para que nunca mais seja feito em Israel que uma virgem de Israel seja contaminada .

6they slew all in torments because they had dishonoured their sister Dinah.

7E se existe em Israel algum homem que queira dar sua filha ou sua irmã para qualquer homem da descendência dos Gentios ele deve certamente morrer, e eles devem apedrejá-lo com pedras; porque ele trouxe vergonha para Israel, e eles devem queimar a mulher no fogo, porque ela desonrou o nome da casa de seu pai, e ela deve ser exterminada de Israel.

7And thus let it not again be done from henceforth that a daughter of Israel be defiled;

8E não permitam que uma mulher adúltera nem impura seja encontrada em Israel por todos os dias das gerações da terra; porque Israel é santa para o Senhor, e todo homem que a tenha violado deve certamente morrer. Eles devem apedrejá-lo com pedras.

8for judgment is ordained in heaven against them that they should destroy with the sword all the men of the Shechemites because they had wrought shame in Israel.

9Porque assim foi ordenado e escrito nas tábuas celestes no que diz respeito aos descendentes de Israel: Aquele que viola deve certamente morrer, e ele deve ser apedrejado com pedras.

9And the Lord delivered them into the hands of the sons of Jacob that they might exterminate them with the sword and execute judgment upon them,...

10E para esta lei não ha limite de dias, e não ha remissão nem expiação. Mas o homem que violou sua filha deve ser exterminado do meio de Israel, porque ele deu sua descendência a Moloque, e agiu impiamente em violá-la .

10and that it might not thus again be done in Israel that a virgin of Israel should be defiled.

11E tu, Moisés, ordene aos filhos de Israel e os exorte a não dar suas filhas aos Gentios, e não tomar para seus filhos nenhuma das filhas dos Gentios, porque isso é abominável diante do Senhor.

11And if there is any man who wisheth in Israel to give his daughter or his sister to any man who is of the seed of the Gentiles he shall surely die, and they shall stone him with stones; for he hath wrought shame in Israel;

12Por esta razão eu te escrevi nas palavras da Lei todas as obras do Siquemitas as quais eles praticaram contra Diná, e como os filhos de Jacó falaram dizendo: "Nós não daremos nossa filha a um homem que é incircunciso; porque isto seria uma vergonha para nós."

12and they shall burn the woman with fire, because she hath dishonoured the name of the house of her father, and she shall be rooted out of Israel.

13E é uma vergonha para Israel, para aqueles que vivem, e para aqueles que tomam as filhas dos Gentios; porque isto é imundo e abominável para Israel.

13And let not an adulteress and no uncleanness be found in Israel throughout all the days of the generations of the earth; for Israel is holy unto the Lord,

14E Israel não estará livre dessa imundícia se tiver uma esposa das filhas dos Gentios, ou se der uma de suas filhas a um homem de qualquer dos Gentios.

14and every man who hath defiled (it) shall surely die: they shall stone him with stones.

15Porque haverá praga sobre praga, e maldição sobre maldição, e todo julgamento e praga e maldição sobrevirá se ele fizer isto, ou esconder seus olhos daqueles que cometerem imundícia, ou daqueles que profanam o Santuário do Senhor, ou daqueles que profanam Seu nome santo. A nação toda será julgada por toda imundícia e profanação deste homem.

15For thus hath it been ordained and written in the heavenly tables regarding all the seed of Israel: he who defileth (it) shall surely die, and he shall be stoned with stones.

16E não haverá acepção de pessoas nem consideração de pessoas. Não será recebido de suas mãos ofertas de frutas, holocaustos , nem gordura, nem fragrância, nem doce aroma, de forma aceitável. Mas cada homem ou mulher em Israel que assim fizer é profanador do santuário.

16And to this law there is no limit of days, and no remission, nor any atonement: but the man who hath defiled his daughter shall be rooted out in the midst of all Israel, because he hath given of his seed to Moloch, and wrought impiously so as to defile it.

17Por esta razão eu te ordenei dizendo: "Testifique esse testemunho para Israel: Veja o que aconteceu como os Siquemitas e seus filhos. Como eles foram entregues nas mãos de dois filhos de Jacó, e eles os mataram em agonia, e isto foi-lhes imputado como justiça, e está anotado para eles como justiça.

17And do thou, Moses, command the children of Israel and exhort them not to give their daughters to the Gentiles, and not to take for their sons any of the daughters of the Gentiles, for this is abominable before the Lord.

18E a tribo de Levi foi escolhida para o sacerdócio, e para serem os Levitas os que ministram diante do Senhor, como nós , continuamente, e para que Levi e seus filhos sejam abençoados para sempre; porque ele foi zeloso para executar justiça, julgamento e vingança sobre todos aqueles que se levantaram contra Israel.

18For this reason I have written for thee in the words of the Law all the deeds of the Shechemites, which they wrought against Dinah,

19E assim eles escreveram como um testemunho em seu favor nas tábuas celestes, benção e justiça diante do Deus de Tudo.

19and how the sons of Jacob spake, saying: "We shall not give our daughter to a man who is uncircumcised;

20E nós lembramos a justiça que o homem cumpriu durante sua vida, em todas as épocas do ano, até mil gerações eles recordarão disso, e isto virá para ele e para seus descendentes após ele, e ele foi gravado nas tábuas celestes como um amigo e um homem justo.

20for that were a reproach unto us."<br>And it is a reproach to Israel, to those who give, and to those who take the daughters of the Gentiles; for this is unclean and abominable to Israel. And Israel will not be free

21Todas essas coisas eu escrevi para ti e te ordenei que as digas aos filhos de Israel, que eles não devem cometer pecado nem transgredir as ordenanças nem quebrar a aliança que lhes foi ordenada, eles devem cumpri-las e serem gravados como amigos.

21from this uncleanness if it hath a wife of the daughters of the Gentiles, or hath given any of its daughters to a man who is of any of the Gentiles.<br>For there will be plague upon plague, and curse upon curse, and every judgment and plague and curse will come (upon him):

22Mas se eles transgredirem e praticarem imundícias de todo tipo, eles serão gravados nas tábuas celestes como adversários, e eles serão tirados do livro da vida, e eles serão gravados no livro daqueles que serão destruídos, junto aqueles que serão exterminados da terra.

22if he do this thing, or hide his eyes from those who commit uncleanness, or those who defile the sanctuary of the Lord, or those who profane His holy name, (then) will the whole nation together be judged for all the uncleanness and profanation of this (man).

23E no dia em que os filhos de Jacó mataram Siquém um escrito foi gravado em seu favor no céu de que eles executaram justiça, retidão e vingança sobre os pecadores, e isso foi escrito por benção.

23And there will be no respect of persons [and no consideration of persons], and no receiving at his hands of fruits and offerings and burnt-offerings and fat, nor the fragrance of sweet savour, so as to accept it:

24E eles trouxeram Diná, irmã deles, da casa de Siquém, e eles capturaram tudo o que estava em Siquém, suas ovelhas e seus novilhos e seus jumentos e toda a sua riqueza, e todos os seus rebanhos, e trouxeram tudo para Jacó seu pai.

24and so fare every man or woman in Israel who defileth the sanctuary.

25E ele os repreendeu porque eles tinham posto a cidade sobre a espada porque ele temia aqueles que habitavam naquela terra, os Cananeus e os Perizeus.

25For this reason I have commanded thee, saying: "Testify this testimony to Israel: see how the Shechemites fared and their sons: how they were delivered into the hands of two sons of Jacob, and they slew them under tortures,

26E o temor do Senhor estava sobre as cidades que circunvizinhavam Siquém, e eles não se levantaram para perseguir os filhos de Jacó, porque terror havia caído sobre eles.

26and it was (reckoned) unto them for righteousness, and it is written down to them for righteousness.<br>And the seed of Levi was chosen for the priesthood, and to be Levites, that they might minister before the Lord, as we, continually,

27—

27and that Levi and his sons may be blessed for ever; for he was zealous to execute righteousness and judgment and vengeance on all those who arose against Israel.

28—

28And so they inscribe as a testimony in his favour on the heavenly tables blessing and righteousness before the God of all:<br>And we remember the righteousness which the man fulfilled during his life, at all periods of the year; until a thousand generations they will record it,

29—

29and it will come to him and to his descendants after him, and he hath been recorded on the heavenly tables as a friend and a righteous man.

30—

30All this account I have written for thee, and have commanded thee to say to the children of Israel, that they should not commit sin nor transgress the ordinances nor break the covenant which hath been ordained for them, (but) that they should fulfil it and be recorded as friends.

31—

31But if they transgress and work uncleanness in every way, they will be recorded on the heavenly tables as adversaries, and they will be destroyed out of the book of life, and they will be recorded in the book of those who will be destroyed and with those who will be rooted out of the earth.

32—

32And on the day when the sons of Jacob slew Shechem a writing was recorded in their favour in heaven that they had executed righteousness and uprightness and vengeance on the sinners, and it was written for a blessing.

33—

33And they brought Dinah, their sister, out of the house of Shechem,

34—

34and they took captive everything that was in Shechem, their sheep and their oxen and their asses, and all their wealth, and all their flocks, and brought them all to Jacob their father.

35—

35And he reproached them because they had put the city to the sword; for he feared those who dwelt in the land, the Canaanites and the Perizzites.

36—

36And the dread of the Lord was upon all the cities which are around about Shechem, and they did not rise to pursue after the sons of Jacob; for terror had fallen upon them.
