Jubileus 3

1E no sexto dia da segunda semana nós trouxemos, de acordo com a palavra de Deus, a Adão todos os animais selváticos, e todos os animais domésticos e todas as aves, e tudo o que se move sobre a terra e tudo o que se move nas águas, de acordo com suas espécies, de acordo com seus tipos: Os animais selváticos no primeiro dia, os animais domésticos no segundo dia; as aves no terceiro dia; e tudo o que se move sobre a terra no quarto dia; e o que se move nas águas no quinto dia.

1And on the six days of the second week we brought, according to the word of God, unto Adam all the beasts, and all the cattle, and all the birds, and everything that moveth on the earth, and everything that moveth in the water, according to their kinds, and according to their types:

2E Adão os nomeou a todos segundo seus respectivos nomes, e do modo com que ele os chamava, assim era seus nomes.

2the beasts on the first day; the cattle on the second day; the birds on the third day; and all that which moveth on the earth on the fourth day; and that which moveth in the water on the fifth day.

3E nesses cinco dias Adão viu todos eles, macho e fêmea, de acordo com cada espécie que havia na terra, mas ele estava só e não tinha quem o ajudasse.

3And Adam named them all by their respective names, and as he called them, so was their name.

4E o Senhor disse a nós: "Não é bom que o homem seja só. Vamos fazer uma companheira para ele."

4And on these five days Adam saw all these, male and female, according to every kind that was on the earth, but he was alone and found no helpmeet for him.

5E o Senhor Deus causou um sono profundo nele , e ele dormiu, e Ele pegou para a mulher uma costela de entre as costelas dele , e desta costela originou a mulher, de entre suas costelas, e ele recompôs carne no lugar, e construiu a mulher.

5And the Lord said unto us: "It is not good that the man should be alone: let us make a helpmeet for him."

6E Ele acordou Adão de seu sono e ao acordar levantou-se, no sexto dia, e Ele trouxe-a a ele , e ele a conheceu, e disse a ela: "Essa é osso dos meus ossos e carne de minha carne; ela deverá ser chamada esposa; porque ela foi tomada de seu marido."

6And the Lord our God caused a deep sleep to fall upon him, and he slept, and He took for the woman one rib from amongst his ribs, and this rib was the origin of the woman from amongst his ribs,

7Por isso deve homem e esposa serem um e por isso deve o homem deixar seu pai e sua mãe, e se unir a sua esposa, e eles serão uma só carne.

7and He built up the flesh in its stead, and built the woman.

8Na primeira semana Adão foi criado, e sua costela, sua esposa. Na segunda semana Ele mostrou ela para ele . E por esta razão o mandamento foi dado para guardar em sua impureza para o homem sete dias, e para a mulher duas vezes sete dias .

8And He awaked Adam out of his sleep and on awaking he rose on the sixth day, and He brought her to him, and he knew her, and said unto her:

9E depois de Adão ter cumprido quarenta dias na terra na qual foi criado, nós o trouxemos ao jardim do Éden para lavrá-lo e cuidá-lo, mas sua esposa eles trouxeram no octogésimo dia, e após ela entrou no jardim do Éden.

9"This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she will be called [my] wife; because she was taken from her husband."

10E por essa razão o mandamento foi escrito nas tábuas celestes no que diz respeito a ela quando da a luz: "Se ela parir um macho , ela deve permanecer em sua impureza sete dias de acordo com a primeira semana de dias, e trinta e três dias ela deve permanecer no sangue de sua purificação, e ela não deve tocar em nada sagrado, nem entrar no santuário, até ela cumprir esses dias no caso de um menino.

10Therefore shall man and wife be one, and therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh.

11Mas no caso de uma menina ela deve permanecer em sua impureza duas semanas de dias , de acordo com as duas primeiras semanas, e sessenta e seis dias no sangue de sua purificação, e serão no total oitenta dias."

11In the first week was Adam created, and the rib--his wife: in the second week He showed her unto him:

12E quando ele tiver completado esses oitenta dias nós a trouxemos ao jardim do Éden, porque é mais santo que toda a terra a seu redor e cada árvore plantada nele é santa.

12and for this reason the commandment was given to keep in their defilement, for a male seven days, and for a female twice seven days.

13Por isso foi ordenado no que diz respeito a ela que parir um menino ou menina o estatuto destes dias nos quais ela não pode tocar nada sagrado, nem entrar no santuário até os dias para um menino ou uma menina estejam completos.

13And after Adam had completed forty days in the land where he had been created, we brought him into the Garden of Eden to till and keep it, but his wife they brought in on the eightieth day, and after this she entered into the Garden of Eden.

14Esta é a Lei e o testemunho que foi escrita para Israel para que eles a observassem todos os dias.

14And for this reason the commandment is written on the heavenly tables in regard to her that giveth birth:

15E na primeira semana do primeiro jubileu, Adão e sua esposa estavam no jardim do Éden por sete anos lavrando-o e mantendo-o, e nós os demos trabalho e os instruímos a fazer tudo o que é adequando ao plantio.

15"if she beareth a male, she shall remain in her uncleanness seven days according to the first week of days,

16E ele lavrou , e estava nu e não sabia, e não se envergonhava , e ele protegia o jardim das aves e dos animais selváticos e dos animais domésticos , e colhia os frutos e os comia, e o que restava do que ele havia separado para ele e sua esposa ele estocava.

16and thirty and three days shall she remain in the blood of her purifying, and she shall not touch any hallowed thing, nor enter into the sanctuary, until she accomplisheth these days which (are enjoined) in the case of a male child.

17E depois de se completarem os sete anos, que eles completaram lá, exatamente 7 anos, e no segundo mês, no décimo sétimo dia , a serpente veio e se aproximou da mulher, e a serpente disse para a mulher: "Deus lhe ordenou dizendo que tu não devias comer de todas as arvores do jardim?"

17But in the case of a female child she shall remain in her uncleanness two weeks of days, according to the first two weeks,

18E ela disse : "Para todos os frutos dessas árvores do jardim Deus nos disse, comam; mas do fruto da árvore que está no meio do jardim Deus disse para nós, Vós não comam dessa, nem devem tocá-la ou morrerão."

18and sixty-six days in the blood of her purification, and they will be in all eighty days."

19E a serpente disse para a mulher: "Tu certamente não morrerás porque Deus sabe que no dia em que tu comeres dela teus olhos serão abertos e tu será como deuses, e tu conhecerá o bem e o mal.

19And when she had completed these eighty days we brought her into the Garden of Eden, for it is holier than all the earth besides, and every tree that is planted in it is holy.

20E a mulher viu que a árvore era doce e de aspecto agradável, e que seu fruto era bom como comida, e ela o pegou e o comeu.

20Therefore, there was ordained regarding her who beareth a male or a female child the statute of those days that she should touch no hallowed thing, nor enter into the sanctuary until these days for the male or female child are accomplished.

21E quando ela pela primeira vez cobriu-se com folhas de figueira, ela deu também a Adão e ele o comeu, e seus olhos foram abertos e ele viu que ele estava nu.

21This is the law and testimony which was written down for Israel, in order that they should observe (it) all the days.

22E ele pegou folhas de figueira e as costurou, e fez um avental para si, e cobriu sua vergonha.

22And in the first week of the first jubilee, Adam and his wife were in the Garden of Eden for seven years tilling and keeping it,

23E Deus amaldiçoou a serpente, e se indignou com ela para sempre ... E Ele se indignou com a mulher, porque ela seguiu a voz da serpente, e comeu; e Ele disse a ela:

23and we gave him work and we instructed him to do everything that is suitable for tillage.

24"Eu multiplicarei sobremaneira seu lamento e suas dores: em lamento tu dará a luz a filhos, e seu retorno será para teu marido, e ele governará a ti."

24And he tilled (the garden), and was naked and knew it not, and was not ashamed,

25E para Adão ele também disse: "Porque tu seguiste a voz de tua esposa, e comeste da arvore da qual eu te ordenei que não comerias, maldito será a terra por tua causa: espinhos e abrolhos ela te dará, e tu comerá seu pão no suor do teu rosto, até que tu retorne a terra de onde foi tirado; porque da terra tu vieste e para a terra retornará."

25and he protected the garden from the birds and beasts and cattle, and gathered its fruit, and ate, and put aside the residue for himself and for his wife [and put aside that which was being kept].

26E Ele fez para eles agasalhos de pele, e os vestiu, e os mandou embora do jardim do Éden.

26And after the completion of the seven years, which he had completed there, seven years exactly, and in the second month, on the seventeenth day (of the month), the serpent came and approached the woman, and the serpent said to the woman,

27E no dia no qual Adão partiu do jardim ele ofereceu como doce aroma uma oferta de incenso, gálbano, estoraque e, especiarias pela manhã com o nascer do sol do dia em que ele cobriu sua vergonha.

27"Hath God commanded you, saying, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?"

28E naquele dia foi fechada a boca de todos os animais selváticos, e de todos os animais domésticos , e de todas as aves, e de tudo o que caminha, e de tudo o que se move, de modo que eles não puderam mais falar: porque eles todos falavam uns com os outros com um lábio e um idioma.

28And she said to it, "Of all the fruit of the trees of the garden God hath said unto us, Eat;

29E Ele expulsou para fora do jardim do Éden toda a carne que estava no jardim do Éden, e toda carne foi espalhada de acordo com suas espécies, e de acordo com seus tipos, para os lugares que haviam sido criados para eles.

29but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden God hath said unto us, Ye shall not eat thereof, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die."

30E apenas a Adão Ele deu cobrir sua vergonha de todos os animais selváticos e domésticos .

30And the serpent said unto the woman, "Ye shall not surely die:

31Por conta disso, é prescrito nas tábuas celestes no que diz respeito a quem conhece o julgamento e a lei que eles devem cobrir suas vergonhas, e não devem se descobrir como fazem os Gentios que se descobrem .

31for God doth know that on the day ye shall eat thereof, your eyes will be opened, and ye will be as gods, and ye will know good and evil."

32E na lua nova do quarto mês, Adão e sua esposa partiram do jardim do Éden, e habitaram na terra de Elda, na terra de sua criação.

32And the woman saw the tree that it was agreeable and pleasant to the eye, and that its fruit was good for food, and she took thereof and ate.

33E Adão chamou sua esposa pelo nome de Eva.

33And when she had first covered her shame with fig-leaves, she gave thereof to Adam and he ate,

34E eles não tiveram filhos até o primeiro jubileu, e depois ele a conheceu.

34and his eyes were opened, and he saw that he was naked.<br>And he took fig-leaves and sewed (them) together, and made an apron for himself, and covered his shame.

35Agora ele lavrava a terra conforme havia sido ensinado no jardim do Éden.

35And God cursed the serpent, and was wroth with it for ever. ...

36—

36And He was wroth with the woman, because she hearkened to the voice of the serpent, and did eat;

37—

37and He said unto her: I shall greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy pains in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children, and thy return shall be unto thy husband, and he will rule over thee."

38—

38And to Adam also He said, "Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree of which I commanded thee that thou shouldst not eat thereof, cursed be the ground for thy sake:

39—

39thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee, and thou shalt eat thy bread in the sweat of thy face, till thou returnest to the earth from whence thou wast taken; for earth thou art, and unto earth shalt thou return."

40—

40And He made for them coats of skin, and clothed them, and sent them forth from the Garden of Eden.

41—

41And on that day on which Adam went forth from the garden, he offered as a sweet savour an offering, frankincense, galbanum, and stacte, and spices in the morning with the rising of the sun from the day when he covered his shame.

42—

42And on that day was closed the mouth of all beasts, and of cattle, and of birds, and of whatever walketh, and of whatever moveth, so that they could no longer speak: for they had all spoken one with another with one lip and with one tongue.

43—

43And He sent out of the Garden of Eden all flesh that was in the Garden of Eden, and all flesh was scattered according to its kinds, and according to its types unto the places which had been created for them.

44—

44And to Adam alone did He give (the wherewithal) to cover his shame, of all the beasts and cattle.

45—

45On this account, it is prescribed on the heavenly tables as touching all those who know the judgment of the law, that they should cover their shame, and should not uncover themselves as the Gentiles uncover themselves.

46—

46And on the new moon of the fourth month, Adam and his wife went forth from the Garden of Eden, and they dwelt in the land of ’Eldâ, in the land of their creation.

47—

47And Adam called the name of his wife Eve. And they had no son till the first jubilee,

48—

48and after this he knew her.<br>Now he tilled the land as he had been instructed in the Garden of Eden.
