2Os efésios de Esmirna (de onde também vos escrevo), que estão aqui para a glória de Deus, como também vós, que em todas as coisas me revigorastes, saúdam-vos, juntamente com Policarpo, bispo dos esmirnenses.

2The Ephesians from Smyrna (whence I also write to you), who are here for the glory of God, as ye also are, who have in all things refreshed me, salute you, along with Polycarp, the bishop of the Smyrnaeans.

3As demais Igrejas, em honra de Jesus Cristo, também vos saúdam.

3The rest of the Churches, in honour of Jesus Christ, also salute you.

4Passai bem na harmonia de Deus, vós que obtivestes o Espírito inseparável, que é Jesus Cristo.

4Fare ye well in the harmony of God, ye who have obtained the inseparable Spirit, who is Jesus Christ.
