Gênesis 46

1E partiu Israel com tudo quanto tinha, e veio a Berseba, e ofereceu sacrifícios ao Deus de seu pai Isaque.

1And Israel took his journey with all that he had, and came to Beersheba, and offered sacrifices unto the God of his father Isaac.

2E falou Deus a Israel em visões de noite, e disse: Jacó, Jacó! E ele disse: Eis-me aqui.

2And God spake unto Israel in the visions of the night, and said, Jacob, Jacob. And he said, Here {am} I.

3E disse: Eu sou Deus, o Deus de teu pai; não temas descer ao Egito, porque eu te farei ali uma grande nação.

3And he said, I {am} God, the God of thy father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of thee a great nation:

4E descerei contigo ao Egito, e certamente te farei tornar a subir, e José porá a sua mão sobre os teus olhos.

4I will go down with thee into Egypt; and I will also surely bring thee up {again}: and Joseph shall put his hand upon thine eyes.

5Então levantou-se Jacó de Berseba; e os filhos de Israel levaram a seu pai Jacó, e seus meninos, e as suas mulheres, nos carros que Faraó enviara para o levar.

5And Jacob rose up from Beersheba: and the sons of Israel carried Jacob their father, and their little ones, and their wives, in the wagons which Pharaoh had sent to carry him.

6E tomaram o seu gado e os seus bens que tinham adquirido na terra de Canaã, e vieram ao Egito, Jacó e toda a sua descendência com ele;

6And they took their cattle, and their goods, which they had gotten in the land of Canaan, and came into Egypt, Jacob, and all his seed with him:

7Os seus filhos e os filhos de seus filhos com ele, as filhas, e as filhas de seus filhos, e toda a sua descendência levou consigo ao Egito.

7His sons, and his sons' sons with him, his daughters, and his sons' daughters, and all his seed brought he with him into Egypt.

8E estes são os nomes dos filhos de Israel, que vieram ao Egito, Jacó e seus filhos: Rúben, o primogênito de Jacó.

8And these {are} the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, Jacob and his sons: Reuben, Jacob's firstborn.

9E os filhos de Rúben: Enoque, Palu, Hezrom e Carmi.

9And the sons of Reuben; Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.

10E os filhos de Simeão: Jemuel, Jamim, Oade, Jaquim, Zoar e Saul, filho de uma mulher cananéia.

10And the sons of Simeon; Jemuel, and Jamin, and Ohad, and Jachin, and Zohar, and Shaul the son of a Canaanitish woman. {Jemuel: or, Nemuel} {Jachin: or, Jarib} {Zohar: or, Zerah}

11E os filhos de Levi: Gérson, Coate e Merari.

11And the sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. {Gershon: or, Gershom}

12E os filhos de Judá: Er, Onã, Selá, Perez e Zerá; Er e Onã, porém, morreram na terra de Canaã; e os filhos de Perez foram Hezrom e Hamul.

12And the sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zerah: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan. And the sons of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.

13E os filhos de Issacar: Tola, Puva, Jó e Sinrom.

13And the sons of Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron. {Phuvah, and Job: or, Puah, and Jashub}

14E os filhos de Zebulom: Serede, Elom e Jaleel.

14And the sons of Zebulun; Sered, and Elon, and Jahleel.

15Estes são os filhos de Lia, que ela deu a Jacó em Padã-Arã, além de Diná, sua filha; todas as almas de seus filhos e de suas filhas foram trinta e três.

15These {be} the sons of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob in Padanaram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters {were} thirty and three.

16E os filhos de Gade: Zifiom, Hagi, Suni, Esbom, Eri, Arodi e Areli.

16And the sons of Gad; Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli. {Ziphion: or, Zephon} {Ezbon: or, Ozni} {Arodi: or, Arod}

17E os filhos de Aser: Imna, Isvá, Isvi, Berias e Sera, a irmã deles; e os filhos de Berias: Héber e Malquiel.

17And the sons of Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel.

18Estes são os filhos de Zilpa, a qual Labão deu à sua filha Lia; e deu a Jacó estas dezesseis almas.

18These {are} the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these she bare unto Jacob, {even} sixteen souls.

19Os filhos de Raquel, mulher de Jacó: José e Benjamim.

19The sons of Rachel Jacob's wife; Joseph, and Benjamin.

20E nasceram a José na terra do Egito, Manassés e Efraim, que lhe deu Azenate, filha de Potífera, sacerdote de Om.

20And unto Joseph in the land of Egypt were born Manasseh and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Potipherah priest of On bare unto him. {priest: or, prince}

21E os filhos de Benjamim: Belá, Bequer, Asbel, Gera, Naamã, Eí, Rôs, Mupim, Hupim e Arde.

21And the sons of Benjamin {were} Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard. {Ehi: or, Ahiram} {Muppim: or, Shupham or, Shuppim} {Huppim: or, Hupham}

22Estes são os filhos de Raquel, que nasceram a Jacó, ao todo catorze almas.

22These {are} the sons of Rachel, which were born to Jacob: all the souls {were} fourteen.

23E o filho de Dã: Husim.

23And the sons of Dan; Hushim. {Hushim: or, Shuham}

24E os filhos de Naftali: Jazeel, Guni, Jezer e Silém.

24And the sons of Naphtali; Jahzeel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shillem.

25Estes são os filhos de Bila, a qual Labão deu à sua filha Raquel; e deu estes a Jacó; todas as almas foram sete.

25These {are} the sons of Bilhah, which Laban gave unto Rachel his daughter, and she bare these unto Jacob: all the souls {were} seven.

26Todas as almas que vieram com Jacó ao Egito, que saíram dos seus lombos, fora as mulheres dos filhos de Jacó, todas foram sessenta e seis almas.

26All the souls that came with Jacob into Egypt, which came out of his loins, besides Jacob's sons' wives, all the souls {were} threescore and six; {loins: Heb. thigh}

27E os filhos de José, que lhe nasceram no Egito, eram duas almas. Todas as almas da casa de Jacó, que vieram ao Egito, eram setenta.

27And the sons of Joseph, which were born him in Egypt, {were} two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob, which came into Egypt, {were} threescore and ten.

28E Jacó enviou Judá adiante de si a José, para o encaminhar a Gósen; e chegaram à terra de Gósen.

28And he sent Judah before him unto Joseph, to direct his face unto Goshen; and they came into the land of Goshen.

29Então José aprontou o seu carro, e subiu ao encontro de Israel, seu pai, a Gósen. E, apresentando-se-lhe, lançou-se ao seu pescoço, e chorou sobre o seu pescoço longo tempo.

29And Joseph made ready his chariot, and went up to meet Israel his father, to Goshen, and presented himself unto him; and he fell on his neck, and wept on his neck a good while.

30E Israel disse a José: Morra eu agora, pois já tenho visto o teu rosto, que ainda vives.

30And Israel said unto Joseph, Now let me die, since I have seen thy face, because thou {art} yet alive.

31Depois disse José a seus irmãos, e à casa de seu pai: Eu subirei e anunciarei a Faraó, e lhe direi: Meus irmãos e a casa de meu pai, que estavam na terra de Canaã, vieram a mim!

31And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his father's house, I will go up, and shew Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my father's house, which {were} in the land of Canaan, are come unto me;

32E os homens são pastores de ovelhas, porque são homens de gado, e trouxeram consigo as suas ovelhas, e as suas vacas, e tudo o que têm.

32And the men {are} shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have. {their trade...: Heb. they are men of cattle}

33Quando, pois, acontecer que Faraó vos chamar, e disser: Qual é o vosso negócio?

33And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What {is} your occupation?

34Então direis: Teus servos foram homens de gado desde a nossa mocidade até agora, tanto nós como os nossos pais; para que habiteis na terra de Gósen, porque todo o pastor de ovelhas é abominação aos egípcios.

34That ye shall say, Thy servants' trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, {and} also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd {is} an abomination unto the Egyptians.
