Livro de Gade 1

1No trigésimo primeiro ano do reinado do rei Davi em Jerusalém, que é o trigésimo oitavo ano do reinado de Davi, a Palavra do Senhor veio a Gad, o Vidente, no mês de Iyar, perto do riacho do vale do Cedrom, dizendo:

1In the thirty-first year of King David’s reign in Jerusalem, which is the thirty-eighth year of David’s reign, the Word of the LORD came to Gad the Seer in the month of Iyar, near the stream of the Kidron Valley, saying:

2“Assim diz o Senhor: ‘Vá, tenha coragem, fique no meio da corrente e clame com grande voz: “Fique e apresse-se, espere e apresse-se, espere e apresse-se, pois ainda há uma visão para o filho de Jessé”.

2“Thus says the LORD: ‘Go, be courageous, and stand in the midst of the stream, and cry in a great voice: “Tarry and hasten, tarry and hasten, tarry and hasten, for there is still a vision for the son of Jesse.”

3E durante o clamor, olhe para o Portão Leste, no lado leste da cidade, e estenda as mãos para o céu.’”

3And during the cry face the Eastern Gate, on the east side of the city, and stretch forth your hands toward heaven.’”

4E fiz exatamente o que me foi ordenado.

4And I did exactly what I had been commanded to do.

5E aconteceu que, quando terminei de clamar, abri os olhos e vi uma junta de bois, conduzida por um burro e um camelo, subindo do riacho Cedrom, o burro à direita da junta e o camelo à esquerda.

5And it came to pass when I finished crying out, I opened my eyes and saw a yoke of oxen, led by a donkey and a camel, coming up from the Kidron stream, the donkey on the right side of the yoke and the camel on the left.

6E uma grande voz como o estrondo de um trovão os seguia, clamando com voz amarga:

6And a great voice like the roll of thunder was following them, crying with a bitter voice:

7“Vidente, vidente, vidente, estas são quatro misturas que confundem o povo do Senhor.

7“Seer, seer, seer, these are four mixtures that confuse the people of the LORD.

8Pois o impuro e o puro foram misturados, e então a impureza assumiu o controle da pureza; uma mistura de Seir [Edom] para governá-los,

8For the impure and the pure have been mixed, and then impurity took control over purity; a mixture from Seir [Edom] to rule over them,

9para aumentar o poder e trair um praticante justo,

9to increase power over, and betray, a righteous doer,

10destruir a santidade, coroar a maldade, estabelecer assuntos impuros sob o disfarce de pureza.”

10to destroy holiness, to crown wickedness, to set up impure matters in the guise of purity.”

11E depois da voz, ocorreu um grande terremoto que sacudiu a impureza e jogou o burro e o camelo na lua com um vento tempestuoso.

11And after the voice, a great quake occurred that shook over the impurity and blew the donkey and the camel into the moon with a stormy wind.

12E a lua se abriu e parecia um arco, um semicírculo, e ambas as pontas alcançavam o chão.

12And the moon was opened and looked like a bow, a semi-circle, and both her points reached toward the ground.

13E eis que o sol saiu do céu em forma de homem, com uma coroa na cabeça, carregando no ombro direito um cordeiro desprezado e rejeitado.

13And lo, the sun came out of heaven in the shape of a man, with a crown on his head, carrying over his right shoulder a lamb, despised and rejected.

14E na coroa em sua cabeça são vistos três pastores, algemados com doze algemas

14And on the crown on his head three shepherds are seen, shackled with twelve shackles

15e essas algemas eram de ouro banhadas em prata.

15and these shackles were of gold, plated with silver.

16E a voz do Cordeiro foi ouvida, grande e terrível como a voz de um leão que ruge sobre sua presa: "Ai de mim! Ai de mim! Ai de mim! Minha imagem [Messias] foi diminuída, Meu refúgio foi perdido, Minha sorte e destino Me entregaram aos Meus destruidores, e fui contaminado até a noite pelo toque da impureza."

16And the voice of the Lamb was heard, great and dreadful like the voice of a lion roaring over his prey: “Woe unto me! Woe unto me! Woe unto me! My image [Messiah] has been diminished, My refuge has been lost, My lot and destiny has turned Me over to My spoilers, and I was defiled until evening by the touch of impurity.”

17E aconteceu que, cessando a voz do Cordeiro de falar, eis que chegou um homem vestido de linho, com três ramos de videira e doze palmas na mão.

17And it came to pass when the voice of the Lamb ceased speaking, lo, a man dressed in linen came with three vine-branches and twelve palms in his hand.

18E ele tomou o Cordeiro da mão do sol e colocou a coroa em sua cabeça, e os ramos da videira e as palmas em seu coração.

18And he took the Lamb from the hand of the sun and put the crown on His head, and the vine-branches and palms on His heart.

19E o homem, vestido de linho, gritou como um chifre de carneiro, dizendo: “O que você está fazendo aqui, impureza, e como você chegou aqui, impureza,

19And the man, dressed in linen, cried like a ram’s horn, saying: “What are you doing here, impurity, and how did you get here, impurity,

20que você criou um lugar para combinar a impureza com a Minha aliança que estabeleci com os ramos da videira e as palmeiras?

20that you have carved yourself a place to combine impurity with My covenant that I have set with the vine-branches and palms?”

21E ouvi o pastor do Cordeiro dizer: “Há comigo lugar para os puros, mas não para os impuros, pois sou um Deus santo, e não quero os impuros, só quero os puros;

21And I heard the Lamb’s shepherd saying: “There is a place with Me for the pure, but not for the impure, for I am a holy God, and I do not want the impure, I only want the pure;

22mesmo que eu tenha criado os dois e meus olhos estejam igualmente voltados para ambos.

22even though I created them both, and My eyes are equally on them both.

23Mas há uma vantagem na abundância de pureza sobre a abundância de impureza, assim como há uma vantagem do homem sobre a sombra.

23But there is an advantage to the abundance of purity over the abundance of impurity, just like there is an advantage of a man over a shadow.

24Pois a sombra não existe sem o homem, e somente pela existência do homem a sombra é dada aos cansados ​​e exaustos; isso se aplica da mesma forma ao puro e ao impuro.

24For the shadow does not exist without man, and only by the man’s existence is the shadow given to the tired and exhausted; this applies in the same way to the pure and impure.

25Pois todos os portões da inteligência foram virados desde a morte dos oito ramos da videira.

25For all gates of intelligence are turned around since the death of the eight branches of the vine.

26Como se encontra nas palavras de justiça do livro verdadeiro, mas por causa das peregrinações das ovelhas, seu descanso e divisões,

26As is found in words of righteousness in the true book, but because of the wanderings of the sheep, their rest, and divisions,

27a inteligência é interrompida até que eu faça grande coisa em guardar a graça.”

27intelligence is stopped up until I do greatly in keeping grace.”

28Vi que a impureza foi expulsa da lua e entregue a uma ira consumidora, transformada em pó fino e levada pelo vento diário.

28I saw that impurity was driven from the moon and was given over to a consuming wrath, ground into fine dust, and blown away by the daily wind.

29E o dia arde como uma fornalha para remover as impurezas e apagar as transgressões.

29And the day burns as a furnace to remove impurity and to erase the transgressions.

30E o Cordeiro foi colocado na lua para todo o sempre.

30And the Lamb was put on the moon forever and ever.

31E o Cordeiro tirou dos puros a impureza que havia sido misturada com eles, e trouxe-a como sacrifício pacífico no altar diante de El Shaddai, o zeloso Senhor dos Exércitos.

31And the Lamb took from the pure the impurity that had been mixed with them, and brought it as a peace offering sacrifice on the altar before El Shaddai, jealous LORD of Hosts.

32E ouvi os que cantavam o cântico do Cordeiro, dizendo:

32And I heard those singing the song of the Lamb, saying:

33“Eu te darei graças, ó Senhor, porque, embora estivesses zangado comigo, perdoaste.

33“I shall give thanks unto You, O LORD, for though You were angry with me, You forgave.

34Porque o Senhor é a minha força e o meu cântico, e Ele se tornou o meu Redentor.

34For the LORD is my strength and song, and He is become my redeemer.

35Cantarei ao Senhor, porque Ele é muito exaltado; Ele havia jogado o cavalo e seu cavaleiro no Mar dos Juncos.

35I will sing unto the LORD, for He is highly exalted; He had thrown the horse and his rider into the Sea of Reeds.

36Levante-se, inteligência; surja, poder; surge, realeza;

36Arise, intelligence; arise, power; arise, kingship;

37levanta-te, majestade e glória; levanta-te ajuda do Senhor.

37arise, majesty and glory; arise help of the LORD.

38Pois Deus salvou aquele que tirou e eliminou a impureza da terra.

38For God has saved one who had taken away and obliterated the impurity from the earth.

39Ele lutou minha luta e trouxe à luz minha justiça com Sua ajuda.

39He fought my fight and brought into the light my righteousness by His help.

40“O meu socorro vem do Senhor que fez o céu e a terra.” Salmo

40“My help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth.” Psalm

41Verdadeiramente, quem é como você, glorioso em santidade, mas não em impureza?

41Truly, who is like You, glorious in holiness, but not in impurity?

42Pois você é grande sobre tudo; elevado acima de tudo, você falou e agiu.

42For You are great over all; raised over all, You spoke and acted.

43Pois Tu declaraste o fim desde o início, e selaste tudo com Tuas palavras e transformaste meu coração e me convenceste.

43For You declared the end from the beginning, and You sealed everything by Your words and turned my heart and convicted me.

44Pois o Teu selo está sobre mim, meu Senhor, e estes são três ramos de videira e doze palmas que estão no meu coração

44For Your seal is upon me, my Lord, and these are three vine-branches and twelve palms that are on my heart

45E ouvi uma voz clamando do céu, dizendo:

45And I heard a voice crying from heaven, saying:

46“Tu és meu filho, tu és meu primogênito, tu és minhas primícias.

46“You are My Son, You are My firstborn, You are My first-fruits.

47Não te fiz subir do ribeiro do Egito de todo o coração para seres o meu deleite diário?

47Haven’t I brought You up from the brook of Egypt wholeheartedly to be My daily delight?

48Mas você guardou meus dons e vestiu o impuro com o puro, e é por isso que todas essas coisas aconteceram com você.

48But You have put away My gifts and dressed up the impure with the pure, and that is why all these things have happened to You.

49E quem é como você entre todas as criaturas da terra? Pois eles viviam à tua sombra e pelas tuas feridas foram curados.

49And who is like unto You among all the creatures on earth? For they lived in Your shadow and by Your wounds they were healed.

50Para isso, considere bem o que está diante de você.

50For that, consider well that which is before You.

51Porque cumpriste as palavras do pastor todos os dias em que estiveste ao sol e não as abandonaste; portanto, toda esta honra será Sua.”

51Because You have fulfilled the words of the shepherd all the days You have been in the sun and You did not leave them; therefore, all this honor shall be Yours.”

52E eu, Gade, filho de Aimeleque, da família de Jabez, da tribo de Judá, filho de Israel, fiquei maravilhado com a visão e não consegui acalmar o meu espírito.

52And I, Gad, son of Ahimelech of the Jabez family, of the tribe of Judah, son of Israel, was amazed by the vision and could not settle my spirit.

53E aquele que estava vestido de linho desceu até mim e me tocou, dizendo: “Escreva estas palavras e sele-as com o selo da verdade, pois EU SOU quem EU SOU é o Meu nome, e com o Meu nome você abençoará toda a casa de Israel, pois eles são de uma semente verdadeira.

53And the one dressed in linen came down to me and touched me, saying: “Write these words and seal them with the seal of truth, for I AM who I AM is My name, and with My name you shall bless the whole house of Israel, for they are of a true seed.

54Em pouco tempo você irá e será silenciosamente reunido a seus pais, mas no fim dos dias você verá com seus próprios olhos todas essas coisas, não como uma visão, mas na realidade.

54In a little while you shall go, and be quietly gathered to your fathers, but at the end of days you shall see with your own eyes all these things, not as a vision, but in reality.

55Porque naqueles dias não se chamarão Jacó, mas sim Israel; porque não se achará iniqüidade entre os seus remanescentes, pois pertencerão inteiramente ao Senhor.

55For in those days they shall not be called Jacob, but Israel; for no iniquity will be found in their remnant, for they will belong entirely to the LORD.

56E estas palavras restaurarão sua vida e espírito. E este vos será o sinal: quando entrardes na cidade, encontrareis o meu servo David, enquanto ele lê estas palavras do Livro da Aliança:

56And these words will restore your life and spirit. And this shall be the sign unto you: when you enter the town, you will find My servant David while he is reading these words from the Book of Covenant:

57'E ainda assim, quando eles estiverem na terra de seus inimigos, não os rejeitarei, nem os abominarei, para destruí-los totalmente e para quebrar Minha aliança com eles; porque eu sou o Senhor seu Deus.’ Levítico

57‘And yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject them, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God.’ Leviticus

58E você lhe contará a cena que acabou de ver; e quando ele te ver, ele ficará feliz em seu coração.”

58And you shall tell him about the scene you have just seen; and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.”

59E aconteceu que, quando cheguei à casa de Davi, o homem de Deus, encontrei-o como havia dito o vestido de linho, e contei-lhe todas as minhas visões.

59And it came to pass, when I came to the house of David, the man of God, I found him as the one dressed in linen had said, and I told him of all my visions.

60Então Davi pronunciou as palavras deste cântico ao Senhor, dizendo: “Eu te amo, Senhor, minha força”.

60Then David spoke the words of this song unto the LORD, saying: “I love You, O LORD, my strength.”

61E para mim ele disse: “O Senhor te abençoou e não retirou de ti a sua aliança, porque ele é verdadeiro, e a sua palavra é verdadeira, e o seu selo é verdadeiro”.

61And to me he said: “The LORD has blessed you and has not removed His covenant from you, for He is true, and His word is true, and His seal is true.”
