1E este é o regulamento para a multidão, a fim de prover para todas as suas necessidades.

1And this is the regulation for the many in order to provide for all their needs.

2O salário de dois dias a cada mês é a regra; e eles o entregarão nas mãos do Censor e dos juízes.

2The wages of two days every month is the rule. And they shall give it into the hands of the Censor and the judges.

3Disto darão… e disto fortalecerão a mão do pobre e do necessitado.

3From it they shall give… and from it they shall strengthen the hand of the poor and the needy.

4E ao homem idoso que… ao desamparado e àquele que foi levado cativo por um povo estranho.

4And to the aged man who… to the vagrant and him who was taken captive of a strange people.

5E à virgem que não tem dote, e àquele por quem homem algum se importa: toda obra… e não…

5And to the virgin who has no dowry and to him whom no man careth for: every work… and not…
