Assunção de Moisés 10

1E então Seu reino aparecerá em toda a Sua criação,

1And then His kingdom shall appear throughout all His creation,

2E então Satanás não existirá mais,

2And then Satan shall be no more,

3E a tristeza irá embora com ele.

3And sorrow shall depart with him.

4Então as mãos do anjo serão preenchidas

4Then the hands of the angel shall be filled

5Quem foi nomeado chefe,

5Who has been appointed chief,

6E ele imediatamente os vingará de seus inimigos.

6And he shall forthwith avenge them of their enemies.

7Pois o Celestial surgirá de Seu trono real,

7For the Heavenly One will arise from His royal throne,

8E Ele sairá de Sua santa habitação

8And He will go forth from His holy habitation

9Com indignação e ira por causa de Seus filhos.

9With indignation and wrath on account of His sons.

10E a terra estremecerá: até os seus confins será abalada:

10And the earth shall tremble: to its confines shall it be shaken:

11E os altos montes serão abatidos

11And the high mountains shall be made low

12E as colinas serão abaladas e cairão.

12And the hills shall be shaken and fall.

13E os chifres do sol serão quebrados e ele se transformará em trevas;

13And the horns of the sun shall be broken and he shall be turned into darkness;

14E a lua não dará a sua luz e se transformará totalmente em sangue.

14And the moon shall not give her light, and be turned wholly into blood.

15E o círculo das estrelas será perturbado.

15And the circle of the stars shall be disturbed.

16E o mar se retirará para o abismo,

16And the sea shall retire into the abyss,

17E as fontes das águas falharão,

17And the fountains of waters shall fail,

18E os rios secarão.

18And the rivers shall dry up.

19Pois o Altíssimo surgirá, somente o Deus Eterno,

19For the Most High will arise, the Eternal God alone,

20E Ele aparecerá para punir os gentios,

20And He will appear to punish the Gentiles,

21E Ele destruirá todos os seus ídolos.

21And He will destroy all their idols.

22Então você, ó Israel, será feliz,

22Then you, O Israel, shall be happy,

23E você subirá no pescoço e nas asas da águia,

23And you shall mount upon the necks and wings of the eagle,

24E eles terminarão.

24And they shall be ended.

25E Deus te exaltará,

25And God will exalt you,

26E Ele fará com que você se aproxime do céu das estrelas,

26And He will cause you to approach to the heaven of the stars,

27No lugar de sua habitação.

27In the place of their habitation.

28E você olhará do alto e verá seus inimigos em Ge (henna)

28And you will look from on high and see your enemies in Ge(henna)

29E você os reconhecerá e se alegrará,

29And you shall recognize them and rejoice,

30E você deve dar graças e confessar o seu Criador.

30And you shall give thanks and confess thy Creator.

31E você; Josué (filho de) Nun, guarde estas palavras e este livro; Pois desde a minha morte [suposição] até o Seu advento haverá 250 tempos [= anos-semanas = 1750 anos]. E este é o curso dos tempos que eles seguirão até que sejam consumados. E irei dormir com meus pais. Portanto, Josué, você (filho de) Nun, (seja forte e) tenha bom ânimo; (pois) Deus escolheu (você) para ser ministro na mesma aliança.

31And do you; Joshua (the son of) Nun, keep these words and this book; For from my death [assumption] until His advent there shall be 250 times [= year-weeks = 1750 years]. And this is the course of the times which they shall pursue till they are consummated. And I shall go to sleep with my fathers. Wherefore, Joshua you (son of) Nun, (be strong and) be of good courage; (for) God has chosen (you) to be minister in the same covenant.
