Apocalipse de Pedro 3

1No início, realmente, muitos acolherão o nosso ensinamento. Mas em seguida, por vontade do pai do erro dos humanos, voltar-se-ão novamente para ele.

1In the beginning, indeed, many will accept our teaching. But afterward, by the will of the father of human error, they will turn back to him again.

2E ele, em sua justiça, revelar-lhes-á o significado da Palavra. Os que se juntarem a eles, entretanto, tornar-se-ão seus prisioneiros, porque estão privados de conhecimento.

2And he, in his justice, will reveal to them the meaning of the Word. Those who join them, however, will become their prisoners, because they are deprived of knowledge.

3Aquele que é inocente, bom e puro, é por eles entregue ao carrasco e à autoridade de quantos louvam um Cristo restaurado.

3He who is innocent, good and pure, is by them delivered to the executioner and to the authority of those who praise a restored Christ.

4Homens que propagam falsidades virão depois de ti. Eles aderirão ao nome de um homem morto contando que serão purificados por esse nome.

4Men who propagate falsehoods will come after you. They will adhere to the name of a dead man thinking they will be purified by that name.

5Ao invés disso, eles comprometer-se-ão enormemente, abandonar-se-ão a um nome sedutor, a um cristo enganador.

5Instead, they will compromise themselves enormously, they will abandon themselves to a seductive name, to a deceitful christ.

6Alguns deles insultarão a Verdade e enunciarão um mau ensinamento; e todos falarão mal uns dos outros.

6Some of them will insult the Truth and enunciate an evil teaching; and all will speak evil of one another.
