Apocalipse de Pedro 1

1Estando o Salvador sentado no Templo, Ele — a Grandeza Incontaminada — me disse:

1The Savior was seated in the Temple, He — the Undefiled Magnitude — said to me:

2'Pedro, bem-aventurados os que são filhos do Pai que está no céu, os que provêm da vida e aos quais Ele desvelou a vida por meu intermédio.'

2'Peter, blessed are those who are sons of the Father who is in heaven, those who proceed from life and to whom He unveiled life through my mediation.'

3'Já que eu fiz com que eles recordassem. Eles são edificados sobre sólidos alicerces para que ouçam a minha palavra e distingam as palavras da injustiça e da transgressão da Lei das palavras da Justiça.'

3'For I caused them to remember. They are built upon solid foundations to hear my word and distinguish the words of injustice and transgression of the Law from the words of Righteousness.'

4'Com efeito, eles provêm do alto, de toda a palavra da plenitude da Verdade, foram graciosamente iluminados por Aquele que é procurado sem ser encontrado.'

4'For they proceed from above, from every word of the fullness of Truth, they were graciously illuminated by Him who is sought without being found.'

5'Ele apareceu então entre eles, abertamente, apareceu naquele que é Filho do Homem, que se eleva para além dos céus, para temor dos homens que amam os bens deste mundo.'

5'He appeared then among them, openly, appeared in him who is Son of Man, who rises beyond the heavens, to the fear of men who love the goods of this world.'

6'Mas tu, Pedro, sê forte! Torna-te perfeito, em conformidade com teu nome e comigo, que sou Aquele que te escolheu; em ti estabeleci o início também para os outros que eu chamei ao conhecimento.'

6'But you, Peter, be strong! Become perfect, in conformity with your name and with me, who am He who chose you; in you I established the beginning also for the others whom I called to knowledge.'

7'Por conseguinte, sê forte, imitando a Justiça dAquele que te chamou. De fato, Ele te chamou para que tu O conheças de modo digno.'

7'Therefore, be strong, imitating the Righteousness of Him who called you. For He called you so that you might know Him in a worthy manner.'
