1E vi o rei do abismo, e o seu nome era Abadom.

1And I saw the king of the abyss, and his name was Abaddon.

2E ele tinha poder sobre os gafanhotos, e lhes ordenava que atormentassem os ímpios. E os ímpios clamavam pela morte, mas a morte fugia deles.

2And he had power over the locusts, and he commanded them to torment the wicked. And the wicked cried out for death, but death fled from them.
