Apocalipse de Paulo 21

1E o anjo respondeu e disse-me: Siga-me, e eu te levarei à Cidade de Cristo.

1And the angel answered and said to me: Follow me, and I will take you to the City of Christ.

2E eu o segui. E ele me levou até o sétimo céu, e disse-me: Sabes que esta é a Cidade de Cristo?

2And I followed him. And he took me up to the seventh heaven, and said to me: Do you know that this is the City of Christ?

3Eu respondi e disse: Meu senhor, não sei.

3I answered and said: My lord, I do not know.

4E ele disse-me: Esta é a Cidade de Cristo, e os seus santos estão nela.

4And he said to me: This is the City of Christ, and his saints are in it.

5E havia um grande muro, e doze portas, e doze torres, e doze fundamentos.

5And there was a great wall, and twelve gates, and twelve towers, and twelve foundations.

6E o muro era de pedras preciosas, e as portas eram de pérolas, e as torres eram de ouro, e os fundamentos eram de esmeraldas.

6And the wall was of precious stones, and the gates were of pearls, and the towers were of gold, and the foundations were of emeralds.
