Apocalipse de Paulo 18

1E naquela mesma hora outras almas foram trazidas ao meio e a alma do pecador as reconheceu.

1And at that same hour other souls were brought into the midst and the soul of the sinner recognized them.

2E o Senhor disse à alma do pecador: Eu te digo, ó alma, confessa os teus feitos que fizeste a estas almas que vês, quando estavam no mundo.

2And the Lord said to the soul of the sinner: I tell you, O soul, confess your deeds that you did to these souls that you see, when they were in the world.

3E respondeu, e disse: Senhor, ainda não faz um ano desde que eu matei este, e derramei seu sangue sobre a terra.

3And it answered, and said: Lord, it has not yet been a year since I killed this one, and poured its blood on the earth.

4E com outro eu cometi fornicação, e não apenas isso, mas eu fiz muito mal tirando a sua substância.

4And with another I committed fornication, and not only that, but I did much evil by taking its substance.

5E o Senhor Deus, o justo juiz, disse: Não sabes que aquele que faz violência a outrem, se aquele que sofreu violência primeiro morre, é mantido neste lugar até que aquele que o feriu tenha morrido?

5And the Lord God, the righteous judge, said: Did you not know that he who does violence to another, if he who suffered violence dies first, is kept in this place until he who harmed him has died?

6E então os dois aparecem diante do juiz. E agora cada um recebe como ele fez.

6And then both appear before the judge. And now each one receives as he has done.

7E eu ouvi uma voz dizendo: Deixe aquela alma ser entregue nas mãos de Tartarucos, e ele deve ser levado para o inferno.

7And I heard a voice saying: Let that soul be delivered into the hands of Tartaruchos, and it must be taken to hell.

8Deixe-o levá-lo para a prisão inferior e deixe-o ser lançado em tormentos e ser deixado lá até o grande dia do julgamento.

8Let it take it to the lower prison and let it be cast into torments and be left there until the great day of judgment.

9E novamente ouvi milhares de anjos cantando um hino ao Senhor e dizendo: Justo és, ó Senhor, e justo são os teus juízos.

9And again I heard thousands of angels singing a hymn to the Lord and saying: Righteous are you, O Lord, and righteous are your judgments.
