Apocalipse de Paulo 11

1Novamente, depois destas coisas, vi um dos espirituais vindo a mim, e ele me pegou no espírito e me levou ao terceiro céu.

1Again, after these things, I saw one of the spiritual beings coming to me, and he seized me in the spirit and took me up to the third heaven.

2E o anjo respondeu, e disse-me: Segue-me e mostrar-te-ei o lugar dos justos onde são levados quando os corpos que eles habitaram no mundo morrem.

2And the angel answered, and said to me: Follow me and I will show you the place of the righteous where they are taken when the bodies they inhabited in the world die.

3E depois disso vou levar-te ao abismo e mostrar-te as almas dos pecadores, em que tipo de lugar eles são levados quando os corpos que eles habitaram no mundo morrem.

3And after this I will take you to the abyss and show you the souls of sinners, to what kind of place they are taken when the bodies they inhabited in the world die.

4E fui atrás do anjo, e ele me levou para o céu.

4And I went after the angel, and he took me up to heaven.

5E eu olhei para o firmamento e vi lá os poderes, eu vi o esquecimento que engana e atrai para si o coração dos homens.

5And I looked at the firmament and saw there the powers, I saw forgetfulness which deceives and attracts to itself the heart of men.

6E o espírito da difamação, e o espírito de fornicação, e o espírito de ira, e o espírito de insolência.

6And the spirit of slander, and the spirit of fornication, and the spirit of anger, and the spirit of insolence.

7E vi os princípios da iniquidade.

7And I saw the principles of iniquity.

8Estas coisas vi debaixo do firmamento do céu.

8These things I saw under the firmament of heaven.

9E novamente olhei e vi anjos sem misericórdia, sem piedade, cujos semblantes estavam cheios de fúria.

9And again I looked and saw angels without mercy, without pity, whose countenances were full of fury.

10E seus dentes saindo de suas bocas, seus olhos brilhavam como a estrela da manhã do leste.

10And their teeth came out of their mouths, their eyes shone like the morning star of the east.

11E dos cabelos de sua cabeça e de sua boca saíam faíscas de fogo.

11And from the hair of their head and from their mouth came sparks of fire.

12E eu perguntei ao anjo, dizendo: Quem são estes, Senhor?

12And I asked the angel, saying: Who are these, Lord?

13E o anjo respondeu e disse-me: Estes são aqueles que são designados para as almas dos ímpios na hora da necessidade.

13And the angel answered and said to me: These are those who are appointed for the souls of the wicked in the hour of necessity.

14Mesmo daqueles que não creram que tinham o Senhor como seu ajudador e não confiaram nele.

14Even those who did not believe that they had the Lord as their helper and did not trust in him.
