Apocalipse de Paulo 10

1Quando, então, esses anjos partiram, eis que vieram outros anjos para adorar na presença da majestade.

1When, then, these angels departed, behold, other angels came to worship in the presence of the majesty.

2E eles estavam chorando, e o Espírito de Deus saiu ao encontro deles.

2And they were weeping, and the Spirit of God went out to meet them.

3E veio a voz de Deus, dizendo: De onde vindes, nossos anjos, carregando informações, ministros das novidades do mundo?

3And the voice of God came, saying: From where do you come, our angels, carrying information, ministers of the news of the world?

4Eles responderam e disseram na presença de Deus: Nós viemos daqueles que invocam o teu nome, mas as armadilhas e ocupações mundanas as fizeram infelizes.

4They answered and said in the presence of God: We come from those who invoke your name, but the snares and worldly occupations have made them unhappy.

5E elas ficam inventando muitas desculpas em todos os momentos, e não fazem nenhuma oração pura de todo o seu coração durante todo o tempo de sua vida.

5And they keep inventing many excuses at all times, and do not make any pure prayer from all their heart during all the time of their life.

6Porque, então, devemos estar com homens que são pecadores?

6Why, then, should we be with men who are sinners?

7E a voz de Deus veio até eles: Vocês devem ministrar a eles até que eles se convertam e se arrependam.

7And the voice of God came to them: You must minister to them until they convert and repent.

8Mas se não voltarem a mim, eu os julgarei.

8But if they do not return to me, I will judge them.

9Sabei, pois, ó filhos dos homens, que tudo o que é feito por vós, os anjos relatam a Deus, sejam ações boas ou más.

9Know therefore, O sons of men, that whatever is done by you, the angels report to God, whether actions be good or evil.
