Apocalipse de Moisés 5

1E eu disse: Senhor, a mulher que me deste.

1And I said: Lord, the woman you gave me.

2Ela me deu e eu comi.

2She gave to me and I ate.

3E Deus disse a Eva: Por que fizeste isso?

3And God said to Eve: Why have you done this?

4E Eva disse: A serpente me enganou e eu comi.

4And Eve said: The serpent deceived me and I ate.

5E Deus disse à serpente: Porque fizeste isso, maldita serás.

5And God said to the serpent: Because you have done this, cursed shall you be.

6Sobre teu ventre andarás e comerás pó todos os dias de tua vida.

6Upon your belly you shall go and dust shall you eat all the days of your life.

7E porei inimizade entre ti e a mulher e entre tua semente e a semente dela.

7And I will put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed.

8Ela te ferirá a cabeça, e tu lhe ferirás o calcanhar.

8She shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise her heel.
