1E Eva, quando estava para morrer, também fez sua oração.

1And Eve, when she was about to die, also made her prayer.

2E disse: Deus do céu e da terra, perdoa meus pecados.

2And said: God of heaven and earth, forgive my sins.

3E não me lances fora de tua presença.

3And do not cast me out from your presence.

4Mas me recebe em teu Reino por tua grande misericórdia.

4But receive me into your Kingdom by your great mercy.

5E quando Eva orou, ela entregou seu espírito a Deus.

5And when Eve prayed, she delivered her spirit to God.

6E Miguel, o anjo, veio e a levou.

6And Michael, the angel, came and took her.

7E ela foi sepultada onde Adão e Abel estavam.

7And she was buried where Adam and Abel were.

8E Miguel disse a Sete: Assim sepultarás todo mortal que morrer até o dia da ressurreição.

8And Michael said to Seth: Thus shall you bury every mortal who dies until the day of resurrection.
