1E o anjo disse: Vem, segue-me, e subirei contigo ao monte santo de Deus.

1And the angel said: Come, follow me, and I will go up with you to the holy mountain of God.

2E subimos juntos e chegamos às alturas do monte.

2And we went up together and reached the heights of the mountain.

3E ali vi o altar do fogo eterno.

3And there I saw the altar of eternal fire.

4E o Eterno estava sentado sobre ele em glória inefável.

4And the Eternal was seated upon it in ineffable glory.

5E anjos estavam diante dele em número infinito.

5And angels stood before him in infinite number.

6E eles cantavam a canção que eu ouvi nas alturas.

6And they sang the song that I heard in the heights.

7Tu és santo, santo, santo, Senhor Deus Todo-Poderoso.

7You are holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty.

8Os céus e a terra estão cheios de tua glória.

8Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
