Apocalipse de Abraão 6

1E aconteceu que quando ouvi a voz que proferia tais palavras a mim.

1And it happened that when I heard the voice that spoke such words to me.

2Olhei aqui e ali, mas não havia fôlego de homem.

2I looked here and there, but there was no breath of man.

3E meu espírito ficou maravilhado, e minha alma fugiu de mim.

3And my spirit was amazed, and my soul fled from me.

4E caí como uma pedra sobre a terra, pois não havia mais força em mim para ficar de pé.

4And I fell like a stone upon the earth, for there was no more strength in me to stand.

5E enquanto eu ainda estava prostrado com meu rosto no chão.

5And while I was still prostrate with my face on the ground.

6Ouvi a voz do Santo falando: Vai, Jaoel, e por meio do meu nome inefável.

6I heard the voice of the Holy One speaking: Go, Jaoel, and by my ineffable name.

7Levanta este homem e fortalece-o de seu tremor.

7Raise up this man and strengthen him from his trembling.

8E o anjo que ele enviou veio a mim na semelhança de um homem.

8And the angel he sent came to me in the likeness of a man.
