1E aqueles homens me tomaram, então, e me conduziram ao terceiro céu, e lá me puseram.

1And those men took me then, and led me to the third heaven, and placed me there.

2E vi as mais doces árvores floridas e olhei seus frutos e os alimentos que produziam, e todos exalavam as mais doces fragrâncias.

2And I saw the sweetest flowering trees and beheld their fruits and the foods they produce, all exuding the sweetest fragrances.

3E no meio daquelas árvores, a da vida, naquele lugar onde Deus descansa quando vai para o paraíso.

3And in the midst of those trees, the tree of life, in that place where God rests when He goes to paradise.

4E essa árvore é de uma qualidade e fragrância inefáveis, e mais adornada do que qualquer coisa que existe.

4And that tree is of an ineffable quality and fragrance, and more adorned than anything that exists.

5Sua raiz está no jardim no fim da terra.

5Its root is in the garden at the end of the earth.

6E há trezentos anjos muito brilhantes que guardam o jardim.

6And there are three hundred very bright angels who guard the garden.
