2 Enoque 65

1E Enoque respondeu a todo o seu povo dizendo: 'Ouvi, meus filhos, antes que todas as criaturas fossem criadas, o Senhor criou as coisas visíveis e invisíveis.'

1And Enoch answered all his people saying: 'Hear, my children, before all creatures were created, the Lord created the visible and invisible things.'

2E tanto tempo quanto houve e passou, entendei que depois disso ele criou o homem à semelhança de sua própria forma, e colocou nele olhos para ver, e ouvidos para ouvir, e coração para refletir, e intelecto com o qual deliberar.

2And however long there was and passed, understand that after that he created man in the likeness of his own form, and put in him eyes to see, and ears to hear, and heart to reflect, and intellect with which to deliberate.

3E o Senhor viu todas as obras do homem, e criou todas as suas criaturas, e dividiu o tempo, do tempo ele fixou os anos, e dos anos ele designou os meses, e dos meses ele designou os dias, e dos dias ele designou sete.

3And the Lord saw all the works of man, and created all his creatures, and divided time, from time he fixed the years, and from the years he designated the months, and from the months he designated the days, and from the days he designated seven.

4E naqueles ele designou as horas, mediu-as exatamente, para que o homem pudesse refletir sobre o tempo e contar anos, meses e horas, sua alternância, início e fim, e para que ele pudesse contar sua própria vida, do início até a morte, e refletir sobre seu pecado e escrever sua obra má e boa; porque nenhuma obra é oculta diante do Senhor, para que cada homem possa conhecer suas obras e nunca transgredir todos os seus mandamentos, e manter minha caligrafia de geração em geração.

4And in those he designated the hours, measured them exactly, so that man might reflect on time and count years, months and hours, their alternation, beginning and end, and so that he might count his own life, from beginning to death, and reflect on his sin and write his bad and good work; for no work is hidden before the Lord, so that every man may know his works and never transgress all his commandments, and keep my handwriting from generation to generation.

5Quando toda a criação visível e invisível, como o Senhor a criou, terminar, então cada homem vai para o grande julgamento, e então todo o tempo perecerá, e os anos, e daí em diante não haverá nem meses nem dias nem horas, eles serão colados juntos e não serão contados.

5When all visible and invisible creation, as the Lord created it, ends, then every man goes to the great judgment, and then all time will perish, and the years, and thenceforth there will be neither months nor days nor hours, they will be glued together and will not be counted.

6Haverá um eon, e todos os justos que escaparem do grande julgamento do Senhor, serão coletados no grande eon, para os justos o grande eon começará, e eles viverão eternamente, e então também não haverá entre eles nem trabalho, nem doença, nem humilhação, nem ansiedade, nem necessidade, nem violência, nem noite, nem escuridão, mas grande luz.

6There will be one aeon, and all the righteous who escape the great judgment of the Lord, will be collected in the great aeon, for the righteous the great aeon will begin, and they will live eternally, and then also among them there will be neither labor, nor sickness, nor humiliation, nor anxiety, nor need, nor violence, nor night, nor darkness, but great light.

7E eles terão uma grande muralha indestrutível, e um paraíso brilhante e incorruptível, pois todas as coisas corruptíveis passarão, e haverá vida eterna.

7And they will have a great indestructible wall, and a bright and incorruptible paradise, for all corruptible things will pass, and there will be eternal life.
