1Bem-aventurado o homem que em sua paciência traz seus presentes com fé diante da face do Senhor, porque ele encontrará o perdão dos pecados.

1Blessed is the man who in his patience brings his gifts with faith before the face of the Lord, for he will find forgiveness of sins.

2Mas se ele retirar suas palavras antes do tempo, não há arrependimento para ele; e se o tempo passar e ele não fizer de sua própria vontade o que é prometido, não há arrependimento após a morte.

2But if he withdraws his words before the time, there is no repentance for him; and if the time passes and he does not of his own will do what is promised, there is no repentance after death.

3Porque cada obra que o homem faz antes do tempo, é tudo engano diante dos homens, e pecado diante de Deus.

3For every work that man does before the time, is all deceit before men, and sin before God.
