1E agora, meus filhos, guardai vossos corações de toda injustiça, que o Senhor odeia. Assim como um homem pede algo para sua própria alma a Deus, assim faça ele a cada alma viva, porque eu sei todas as coisas, como no grande tempo (vindouro) muitas moradas estão preparadas para os homens, boas para os bons, e más para os maus, muitas sem número.

1And now, my children, keep your hearts from all injustice, which the Lord hates. Just as a man asks something for his own soul from God, so let him do to every living soul, for I know all things, how in the great time (to come) many dwellings are prepared for men, good for the good, and bad for the bad, many without number.

2Bem-aventurados aqueles que entram nas boas casas, pois nas más não há paz nem retorno.

3Ouvi, meus filhos, pequenos e grandes! Quando o homem põe um bom pensamento em seu coração, traz presentes de seus trabalhos diante da face do Senhor e suas mãos não os fizeram, então o Senhor desviará sua face do trabalho de sua mão, e ele não poderá encontrar o trabalho de suas mãos.
