2 Enoque 44

1O Senhor com as suas mãos tendo criado o homem, à semelhança da sua própria face, o Senhor o fez pequeno e grande.

1The Lord with his hands having created man, in the likeness of his own face, the Lord made him small and great.

2Quem insulta a face do governante, e abomina a face do Senhor, desprezou a face do Senhor; e aquele que descarrega sua raiva em qualquer homem sem injúria, a grande ira do Senhor o cortará; aquele que cospe na face do homem com reprovação, será cortado no grande julgamento do Senhor.

2Whoever insults the face of the ruler, and abominates the face of the Lord, despised the face of the Lord; and he who discharges his anger on any man without injury, the great wrath of the Lord will cut him off; he who spits in the face of man with reproof, will be cut off at the great judgment of the Lord.

3Bem-aventurado o homem que não dirige seu coração com malícia contra nenhum homem, e ajuda o ferido e condenado, e levanta o abatido, e faz caridade ao necessitado.

3Blessed is the man who does not direct his heart with malice against any man, and helps the injured and condemned, and lifts up the downtrodden, and gives charity to the needy.

4Porque no dia do grande julgamento, cada peso, cada medida e cada contrapeso será como no mercado, isto é, eles são pendurados em balanças e ficam no mercado, e cada um aprenderá sua própria medida, e de acordo com sua medida receberá sua recompensa.

4For on the day of the great judgment, every weight, every measure and every counterweight will be as in the market, that is, they are hung in scales and stand in the market, and each will learn his own measure, and according to his measure will receive his reward.
