1Disse-lhe: 'Tu és terra e à terra da qual te tirei, tu hás de tornar.'

1I said to him: 'You are earth and to the earth from which I took you, you shall return.'

2'Não te destruirei, mas devolver-te-ei de onde te tomei.'

2'I will not destroy you, but return you to where I took you from.'

3'Então, poderei tomar-te de volta na minha segunda vinda.'

3'Then, I may take you back at my second coming.'

4E abençoei todas as minhas criaturas, visíveis e invisíveis.

4And I blessed all my creatures, visible and invisible.

5E abençoei o sétimo dia, o Sábado, quando descansei de todas as minhas obras.

5And I blessed the seventh day, the Sabbath, when I rested from all my works.
