1E ordenei que fosse retirado da luz e das trevas, e disse: 'Torna-te espesso.'

1And I commanded that it be taken from light and darkness, and said: 'Become thick.'

2E assim foi, e o espalhei com a luz, e ele tornou-se água.

2And so it was, and I spread it with the light, and it became water.

3E criei sete círculos a partir do interior, e tornei a água parecida com o cristal.

3And I created seven circles from within, and made the water like crystal.

4E dividi a luz das trevas. E disse para a luz que ela seria dia e as trevas noite.

4And I divided the light from the darkness. And I said to the light that it should be day and the darkness night.

5E houve noite e manhã no primeiro dia.

5And there was evening and morning on the first day.
